THE OUTDOORS:
Villa Patty enjoys an amazing view of the sea from all rooms of the house, both the living area and the bedrooms.
The sea will keep you company throughout your stay.
On the main terrace you can experience moments of relaxation in pleasant company while sipping an aperitif with a sea view.
On the terrace in front of the rooms you can relax and devote yourself to reading or let yourself be lulled by the sound of the sea.
On the top floor, however, you can access the solarium area with an amazing view, or dive into the wonderful infinity pool that seems to be one with the sky and the sea.
In short, a dream to be lived.
Absolutely not to be missed are the wonderful sunsets over the sea with sometimes warm, sometimes bright colors.
INTERIORS:
Villa Patty is spread over 3 levels.
_On the ground floor we have 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms.
Both bedrooms have a sea view.
_On the first floor we have 2 double bedrooms, a sharing area with wardrobe and access to the common bathroom.
Both bedrooms, in addition to having a sea view, have direct access to the terrace furnished with sofas and chaise longues to give you moments of complete relaxation.
_On the second floor we have the living area with a large living room, a large dining area with a table for over 12 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a service bathroom. Separate we have the master bedroom with hallway and en suite bathroom.
The whole living room overlooks the sea through 3 large windows, and has direct access to the main terrace where you can have fun and long conversations while looking at the sea and sipping a drink.
The dining area instead has direct access to the bbq area which can also be accessed from the kitchen. A space designed to enjoy lunches and dinners in company, outdoors but in an intimate and cozy place protected from the typical Sardinian mistral wind.
Thanks to the very recent enhancement interventions desired by the owner, this villa offers its guests a harmonious and very pleasant environment thanks to the combinations of colors and the study of every detail.

THE HOUSE RULES:
Maid service takes place 2 times a week (Wednesday and Saturday from 10:00 to 13:00)
The change of bathroom linen is 2 times a week
Pool towels are changed is 2 times a week
The change of bed linen is once a week
Smoking is permitted only in outdoor spaces
Separate collection is mandatory (otherwise a penalty of 100.00 will be applied)
