We really liked the property, it was very functional in every way. We had a great time. The owner was always concerned about making sure everything was to our liking. We felt right at home!

Superb quiet location but 10 mins from Albufeira Beautiful fully equipped rental, we lacked nothing upon our arrival, everything was clean and we were welcomed even at 1:30 in the morning by Inès, the very friendly owner who is very respectful of your privacy The swimming pool is shared with all the tenants but everything went well, our neighbors were rather nice and pleasant I highly recommend if you are looking for peace and quiet close to everything. The bathrooms are better than the pictures and all rooms have air conditioning which is non-negotiable. Thanks to the N. family for their kindness and welcome, especially Tomas who was a perfect translator.

Belle location tout équipé on a manqué de rien à notre arrivée tout était propre et on a été accueilli même à 1h30 du matin par Inès la propriétaire très sympathique qui est très respectueuse de votre intimité
La piscine est à partager avec l’ensemble des locataires mais tout s’est bien passé nos voisins étaient plutôt sympa et agréable
Je recommande vivement si vous cherchez le calme à proximité de tout
Les salles de bain sont mieux que sur les photos et toutes les chambres sont équipés de climatisation ce qui n’est pas négociable.

Rental compliant, the premises were clean, the location of the rental is ideally located in a quiet area. The only downside is the lack of certain equipment (the quantities of glasses are too small) and maintenance problems from a technical point of view.
Location conforme, les lieux étaient propres, l'emplacement de la location est idéalement situé au calme.
Un seul bémol le manque de certains équipements (les verres sont en quantités trop faible) et des problèmes d'entretien d'un point de vue technique.

We had a wonderful 11 days in this lovely villa. Everything was as described and very clean. The swimming pool was great and we spent most days relaxing by this and enjoying the sunshine. The location was perfect for us, as we like to hire a car and visit different towns in the evening. It has great access to the major roads making it easier to get about. Another bonus was being so close to the Algarve Shopping Outlet, which has plenty of major shopping brands and a supermarket.
All correspondence was prompt and even though we had a language barrier there was never any problems.
I would recommend this wonderful villa with no hesitation and we will definitely look to revisit in the future.

Superb residence, very well maintained and ideally located.
Joaquim and Palmira are ideal hosts. Always attentive, they maintain the residence and the swimming pool every day to provide a remarkable level of service. Full of advice and recommendations on things to see in the region, they are an invaluable source of information, and full of nice little touches (we were able to enjoy some fresh vegetables from the garden).
They are also very discreet, and know how to make themselves forgotten so that you can enjoy the place as at home.
I highly recommend this rental, where I would be happy to return.

Joaquim et Palmira sont des hôtes idéaux. Toujours aux petits soins, ils entretiennent la résidence et la piscine chaque jour pour fournir un niveau de prestation remarquable. Riches de conseils et de recommandations sur les choses à voir dans la région, ils sont une source d'information inestimable, et pleins de petites attentions appréciables (nous avons pu profiter de quelques légumes frais du jardin).
Ils sont également très discrets, et savent se faire oublier pour vous laisser profiter des lieux comme chez vous.
Je recommande vivement cette location, où j'aurais plaisir à revenir.

Perfect accommodation ? Mr. H. is very very friendly!! We loved those days in the accommodation, nothing was missing, even a walk for our baby was possible for her ?? there was also a chair for her to eat really top! We'll be back for sure! Thank you very much Mr H!

We really liked the apartment, it had all the amenities and was very comfortable, it has an excellent location and a beautiful view of the sea. Parking is accessible and several supermarkets close by. Mrs. Edite was always available and cordial.
