The property offers an open-concept floor plan with plenty of sliding doors throughout the house to ensure incredible water views from. The living room features comfortable seating, a smart TV with cable access and all the popular streaming apps, and a designated space with a small office desk and chair. The dining table offers seating for up to 6 people.
The master suite features a king bed, a couch, and a TV as well as direct access to the pool area to ensure privacy between the master and guest suite. The master bath features a shower, a side bathtub, and two separate vanities. The other two bedrooms offer a queen-size bed. The second bathroom features a shower and a single vanity. The kitchen is equipped with older yet functional appliances. In addition to that, you'll find all the basics needed to prepare a meal during your stay.
You will be required to sign a rental agreement and credit card authorization form, which can be done electronically. The minimum age to place a reservation is 25 years. Access to the home can be restricted if requirements are not completed.
This property requires an energy contribution payment of $0.22 per KWh plus tax. A hold of $15 per day is required and will be placed on your card prior to your arrival. The actual amount will be charged after your stay based on your energy consumption.
Holidays: No check-in nor check-out is available on December 24th, 25th, 31st, and January 1st. Please note it when placing your reservation.
There is a $500 security deposit required. It will be a hold on your credit card, placed two days before arrival, and released 10 days after departure if no accidents happened.
