The house is ideally located in Argelès-sur-Mer, in a very pleasant and quiet environment in a residential area. You will be close to all the essential stores but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Its vast 7-kilometer sandy beach, its 12-hectare pine forest on the seafront, and its 3-kilometer tree-lined promenade make it a very popular tourist destination. Numerous activities of nautical leisure, but also terrestrial, are moreover practicable there.
