The house looks out at Lake Ampola and is about 6km from Lake Ledro, just a few minutes away. It is about 10km to Lake Idro. The house is not right on the road, but set back a little.

There is plenty of outdoor space around the house. There are two roofed terraces with seating. The house provides direct access to the countryside and there is a lot of space to play. It is also a suitable holiday home for families with pets, but note that the site is not fenced.

This holiday accommodation is an apartment on the upper floor of a detached house. It has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, such as a dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, big fridge with a separate freezer compartment. The living room is separate and has two sofas. There is satellite TV in the kitchen and in the living room. There are four bedrooms and two bathrooms with a shower or bath and a washing machine. The house is comfortably furnished, albeit not luxuriously. The house has oil central heating with radiators in all rooms. The kitchen and the hallway also have a wood-burning stove. The first bedroom provides a double bed and a single bed. The second has a double bed and a children's bed. The third has a double bed and a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom has a double bed. The single bed mattresses measure 80 x 190cm, the double bed mattresses 160 x 190cm. The house is ideal for families or a group, as it can accommodate up to eleven people, and a junior bed can also be provided. However, in general the house is recommended for up to eight people, as the kitchen and the living room are rather small for eleven people.

Lake Ledro is just a few minutes away by car along a flat road. You can swim, surf and sail there. In the immediate vicinity there is a beautiful green landscape along the Palvico river, where you can fish or the daring can go canyoning. You can purchase a fishing permit at a local hotel. All around the lake there is a path with a little visitor centre, which you can get to on foot or by bike. A beautiful road starts at the Ampola Pass, leading up to 2000 metres to the Passo Tremalzo, which is also known as one of the most beautiful mountain biking routes in Europe. 2km away there is the village Tiarno di Sopra with all the necessary everyday shops. In Val di Ledro you can enjoy local specialities in various restaurants at good prices.

You can use four bicycles free of charge. A game of darts and a table tennis table are also provided. Three highchairs (two made of wood and one attached directly to the table) can be provided free of charge on request. The lower floor of the house is not let out, instead it contains some rooms that are used by the owner. The accommodation is quiet and undisturbed and therefore ideal for a peaceful holiday.
