We had a pleasant week. The residence and the cottage were very well adapted, clean, functional and ideal with children because everything is really secure. Top apartment for a family with two adults and 3 children aged 9, 7 and 2 and a half years old. With a small terrace overlooking the port, everything is nearby, no need to take the car. Top owner who remains available to his tenants. I recommend this rental 1000%

Appartement de plain-pied, en parfait état (clair, spacieux, propre et très bien équipé), correspondant en tous points aux descriptifs du propriétaire (énoncé et photos). Bien que la résidence soit assez grande, elle est très calme et, argument non négligeable pour ceux qui ne veulent plus prendre la voiture une fois posé, proche des plages et du port (à peine 10 min.) Seul petit bémol, les places de parc sont vraiment étroites.
Magnifiques vacances avec, en plus, 15 jours de soleil, de chaleur... Le rêve de tous vacanciers en bord de mer.

Great location and very welcoming owner. The rental is well located about 15' walk from the beach and the center, more than enough space for 3 with very pleasant air conditioning in this heatwave. I will return there with great pleasure.

We had a very good stay in this apartment. It is comfortable, functional, clean and well equipped, its location is ideal (5 minutes walk from the sea and local shops). The shaded terrace, overlooking the swimming pool, is spacious and very pleasant. The residence is very quiet and well maintained, the swimming pool a real plus. The person in charge of giving us the keys is adorable and very available, we appreciated his responsiveness to meet our needs. For the 3 and a half weeks, the rental price remains reasonable and the owner listens to her tenants. The welcome bottle is also a pleasure. I recommend this rental and would not hesitate to come back if I plan to return to Cap d'Agde
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cet appartement.
Il est confortable, fonctionnel, propre et bien équipé, son emplacement est idéal (5 minutes à pied de la mer et des commerces de proximité).
La terrasse ombragée, avec vue sur la piscine, est spacieuse et très agréable.
La résidence est très calme et bien entretenue, la piscine un vrai plus.
La personne chargée de nous remettre les clés est adorable et très disponible, nous avons apprécié sa réactivité pour répondre à nos besoins.
Pour les 3 semaines et demi, le prix de la location reste raisonnable et la propriétaire est à l'écoute de ses locataires.
La bouteille de bienvenue fait bien plaisir également.
Je recommande cette location et n'hésiterais pas à y revenir si je projette de revenir au Cap d'Agde
The accommodation itself is well located near the Etang de Thau, the beach and the port of Mèze. The residence is secure in a quiet area. The apartment is comfortable. Despite everything, there is no wifi, the internet connection being only possible on the small balcony of the room (the description is incomplete on the MEDIAVACANCES site). The terrace, for its part, is spacious without vis-à-vis, a pity that we were not able to take our meals outside, because it has no table, apart from a small lounge for dining. appetizer or coffee. On the other hand, we were very upset before our arrival in the apartment. Indeed, Mrs. GERBE, owner of the premises, maintained that she had not received the balance of the rental amount, whereas we had been debited with the said sum a few days earlier, with confirmation from our banker: she had simply been mistaken account and therefore failed to modify the IBAN code on the rental contract. Since our departure on August 12, 2023, we are still waiting for his apology!!!
Le logement en lui-même est bien situé à proximité de l'étang de Thau, de la plage et du port de Mèze. La résidence est sécurisée dans un quartier calme. L'appartement est confortable. Malgré tout il manque le wifi, la connexion internet n'étant possible que sur le petit balcon de la chambre (le descriptif est incomplet sur le site MEDIAVACANCES). La terrasse, quant à elle, est spacieuse sans vis-à-vis, dommage que nous n'ayons pas pu prendre nos repas à l'extérieur, car celle-ci ne dispose d'aucune table, à part un petit salon pour l'apéritif ou le café.
Par contre, nous avons été très contrariés avant notre arrivée dans l'appartement. En effet, Mme GERBE, propriétaire des lieux, a soutenu ne pas avoir reçu le solde du montant de la location, alors que nous avions été débités de ladite somme quelques jours auparavant, avec confirmation de notre banquier : elle s'était tout simplement trompée de compte et de ce fait avait omis de modifier le code IBAN sur le contrat de location. Depuis notre départ le 12 août 2023, nous attendons toujours ses excuses !!!
