Note: The apartment is located in a nightlife area, with bars and restaurants open until late. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ will be applied to cover extra charges for domestic services (water, electricity, gas, etc.) in case of non-responsible use
The apartment is located in the historic downtown center of Lisbon in the Bairro Alto / Chiado neighbourhood. Right by this apartment, you will be able to discover Fado houses, fancy bars, restaurants, beautiful "miradouros" with incredible views of the city, historic monuments, churches, and plazas. You will find a number 28 light rail stop very close to the building. The Baixa/Chiado subway stop that will take you to any other point in the city is just a five-minute walk away. It is also very easy to get a cab nearby.

Access to the apartment is made by code. Guests should go directly to the apartment and contact our team upon arrival to provide the ID or Passport information and obtain the access codes.
All guests must provide their ID or Passport Information at the time of check-in.
Please note that a mandatory touristic tax will be included in the final price. If it has not been charged at the moment of your reservation, it must be paid at the check-in.
All the remaining payments must be made in cash.
