## Neighborhood

For those who love the sea and want to explore the Algarve coastline, there are a variety of activities in the area. The Old Town has lots of winding streets full of culture and local history, from the old statue of St Michael to the beautiful church of St Anne's. The Old Town Main Square offers a wide variety of shops restaurants and bars.

The local Giro bus goes every half hour from the the Old Town of Albufeira to the Marina. If you want to go further afield you can link up with the main bus service where you can visit East to West of the Algarve.

You have the very popular Zoomarine park just a 15-minute drive away in Guia and two water parks around a 30-minute drive from the apartment.

Albufeira is a great place to stay if you want to relax or have an adventure.

## Transit

Public transport is available in the area and all around the Algarve. However, buses and trains do not go very often, so a (rental) car is recommended. There is a small parking area right in front of the building, and more free street parking is available in the area. Even during the peak season, you will be able to find parking within a couple of minutes of walking from the apartment.
