Modern bungalow style apartment, situated in a peaceful area within a small condominium of 8 apartments. The apartments share two beautiful pools - the main pool measures 15 metres x 7.25 metres and there is a children's pool, with poolside shower, toilets and changing facilities.There is a communal barbecue area.Both the lounge and bedroom have patio doors opening on to a sunny patio, and well kept garden.The lounge has a full size bed settee with sprung mattress. The apartment has Internet, TV, DVD, Amazon fire stick with Disney plus and Netflix (own accounts required) and a selection of books and games. A travel cot is available.
The separate fully equipped kitchen has oven, hob, air fryer, dishwasher, freeze/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and there is also a washing machine. There is a safe for guests use. Casa Rachael is located in a beautiful part of the Algarve, with close proximity to numerous stunning beaches. The nearest are Evaristo and Castelo both within 10 minutes walk, and the long sandy beach at Gale is 1.5 km away. There is a variety of restaurants within easy walking distance, and the nearest supermarket is 0.8 km away. There is a local bus and taxi service to Albufeira approximately 4 km away, for a wider choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The nearest golf course is Salgados (2.5 km), and there many more within a short drive.The apartment is suitable for families, couples and golfers.
The apartment and pool may only be used by guests included on the booking, and are requested to respect the quiet hours of 22.00 - 07.00 and other residents' privacy.
Please note there is Tourist tax of 2€ per person (over 13 years old) per day 1 April to 31 October, maximum 14€ per person. Information on how to pay this will be sent with the booking confirmation. This must be paid direct to Albufeira City Council and is not refundable. Evidence of this payment is required at least 7 days prior to the stay, when arrival details will be issued.
We request a security deposit of 120€ per stay. This will be refunded promptly after departure assuming no damage has occurred and the house keys are returned.
