Casa da Nêspera (Japanese Medlar tree) is build next to our house on our estate named Casa Nova Safra in Moncarapacho. We built on the site of the original farmhouse and located at the front of the property.
Around the house there is a several nice locations to enjoy a pleasant south-west private terrace with gas barbecue and dining table. Nestled amid the surrounding olive and carob trees, is your private pool with sunbeds. Under a large Carob tree is a hammock and loungeset for your exclusive use offering a retreat from the heat of the sun.
This villa accommodates up to 5 people (a baby also counts as a person). Has a comfortable sunny living-sitting room with impressively high ceiling and a fully equipped modern open kitchen.
The master bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two singles. We can place an extra (baby) bed in the second bedroom for an extra guest. The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and double sinks.
In addition to the climate control air conditioning, ceiling fans in the bedrooms there is also a centrally located wood burning stove, facilitating a comfortable holiday environment all year round.
Enjoy the many bird songs in the morning while eating your breakfast in nature. There is fast access to the national roads or the highway to visit one of the beautiful villages or cities Portugal has to offer. Fuseta beach or the ferries in Olhão to Ilha de Farol and Armona are only a 10 minute drive from Casa Nova Safra.
