As you step inside, you will notice the open floor plan where guests can socialize and gather for a fun time. The living area offers plenty of seating to relax in front of the large TV. The dining area offers seating for 8 in addition to the kitchen island that offers seating for 4. The spacious kitchen has granite countertops and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances to create the most elaborate meals for your family and friends.
From the living area, you can open the sliding doors to the pool area. Feeling like eating alfresco? There is a table with seating for 6 as well as 4 sun loungers to get a Florida tan. Also, the pool comes with a spill-over spa.
With 5 bedrooms, Hart Manor can accommodate up to 10 guests. The first and second bedrooms come each with a king-size bed and bathroom en suite. The third bedroom comes with a queen-size bed. The fourth bedroom comes with 2 twin singles. And lastly, the fifth bedroom is cartoon-themed and comes with a bunk bed. In the upstairs loft, you will find an 82-inch smart tv with a subwoofer as well as 6 movie theater chairs, and a round bar table that seats 4 for endless hours of movies and games!

All properties are non-smoking and no pets are allowed
An Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee will be required to cover any reported accidental damage to this property and its contents
There is a one-time departure cleaning fee for all stays
Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
The guest making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older.
Bookings made within 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
Vacation rentals may not be used for events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
This property does not include a BBQ, however, we do have them available for rental.
Pool heat available for a fee and is recommended from the 31st Oct. to the 31st Mar. If you would like the Spa to be heated you will need to add pool heat to your reservation.
A rental agreement must be signed by the lead guest making the reservation, along with a full list of guest names that will be staying in the property
We use a third party to verify identification and fraud risk, based on the findings we could cancel the reservation.
The Solterra Resort CDD charges guests an amenity access fee to utilize the resort amenities for the duration of your stay. This is a one time fee per house, per reservation. The fee amount is: 1-12 Guests = $35 13+ Guests $45.
