Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!
Beautiful and large house set on the mountainside overlooking the Tyranean Sea. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space for multiple families (we had my family of five plus five additional adults...10 in total). With wifi, pool, and several large outside areas to lounge and enjoy the spectacular seaviews. Getting to the house from Sperlonga is a bit of a trek (15 min up the mountainside), but it's worth the drive.
Very good holiday spent in this accommodation. We lived 100% outside (morning, noon and evening). The outdoor kitchen is a real plus. The location is ideal and quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped, with quality appliances, very good bedding. It is also very well maintained and clean. The view and access to the canal is great. The major asset remains the swimming pool! However, the lack of air conditioning upstairs (bedroom) is very penalizing despite the presence of ceiling fans and a mobile air conditioning unit (very/too noisy). Note that the bed in the second bedroom is a convertible sofa (with good bedding). Communication with Annie went smoothly. To do again without hesitation if air conditioning is added upstairs
Très bonnes vacances passées dans ce logement. Nous avons vécu 100% dehors (matin, midi et soir). La cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus.
L'emplacement est idéal et au calme.
Le logement est très bien équipé, avec des appareils de qualité, une très bonne literie. Il est également très bien entretenu et propre. La vue et accès au canal est top. L'atout majeur reste la piscine!
Néanmoins la non présence de climatisation à l'étage (chambre) est très pénalisante malgré la présence de ventilateurs de plafond et d'une climatisation mobile (très/trop bruyante). A noter que le lit de la deuxième chambre est un canapé convertible (avec une bonne literie).
La communication avec Annie s'est faite sans problème.
A refaire sans hésiter si ajout de la climatisation à l'étage
At Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni it was nice to fall asleep lulled by the sound of the surf and wake up with the lapping of the waves. Unforgettable were the relaxing evening walks on the shoreline since the beach was practically just outside the front door. If we then add the possibility of attending shows, musical events and recreational activities in the play area, we feel like packing our bags and returning to the seaside as soon as possible, in the well-organized, clean and welcoming villa just a stone's throw from the waves, which hosted us in September. And last but not least, thanks to the owners Licio and Enza, exquisite people, hospitable, available but discreet, ready to intervene in case of need. A beautiful holiday! Mara and Mario
A Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni è stato bello addormentarsi cullati dal suono della risacca e svegliarsi con lo sciabordio delle onde. Indimenticabili le rilassanti passeggiate serali sulla battigia poiché la spiaggia era praticamente appena fuori l’uscio di casa.
Se aggiungiamo poi la possibilità di assistere a spettacoli, eventi musicali e le attività ludiche nell’area giochi ci torna la voglia di fare le valigie e tornare al mare al più presto, nella villetta ben organizzata negli spazi, pulita ed accogliente a due passi dalle onde, che ci ha ospitato in settembre.
Ed infine, ma in cima a tutto, un grazie ai proprietari Licio ed Enza, persone squisite, ospitali, disponibili ma discreti, pronti ad intervenire in caso di necessità.

We rented the villa for 15 days and had a pleasant stay. The house is as shown in the photos, the view of the castle and the sea are breathtaking. The owners are charming, very welcoming, friendly and give good advice. Nothing is missing, the equipment is more than complete. We recommend this villa with our eyes closed.

Exceptional and well-kept villa, all comforts are present. The owner is a friendly person and available for everything. The beach is easily reachable on foot in 1 minute, there is sand and the seabed slopes gradually. The sea is always transparent. Probably the best holiday rental I have rented in 20 years of summer holidays.

La spiaggia è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi in 1 minuto, vi è la sabbia ed il fondale scende gradualmente. Il mare sempre trasparente. Probabilmente la migliore locazione per le vacanze affittata in 20 anni di vacanze estive.
We stayed as a family of 13 people in this magnificent villa. We were well received by Hasnaa. The presence of zarha (the cook) contributes to the charm of this exceptional villa. The villa is functional and the staff discreet.

We had a superb holiday, the villa is magnificent, the view is incredible, overlooking the cove of Favone, its location is perfect for traveling across Corsica from north to south, the property is very well wooded. Possibility of taking a shower outside overlooking the Maquis. The owner is available and very pleasant. I recommend.

I have been spending holidays in this splendid villa with my family for 2 years now. Equipped with every comfort and impeccable cleanliness. It enjoys very large and well-organised rooms, surrounded by a splendid garden with parking, all this just a few meters from the beach! The kindness, availability and efficiency of the owners of the house are the maximum in hospitality and service. Excellent!!!!
Sono già 2 anni che con la mia famiglia trascorro le vacanze in questa splendida villa.
Dotata di ogni comfort e un impeccabile pulizia. Gode di camere molto ampie e ben organizzate , circondate da uno splendido giardino con parcheggio, tutto questo a pochi metri dalla spiaggia!
La gentilezza, la disponibilità e l'efficenza dei proprietari di casa, sono il l massimo nell'accoglienza e del servizio.

Excellent accommodation for a family holiday, quiet and cozy, we have not missed anything. François, the owner, has been attentive at all times to our stay and what we might need. It is perfectly equipped for normal life, air conditioning, even cooking or running the washing machine. The pool perfectly serviced by external service.

It lacks a little light in the garden. The shower is a little small in proportion to how big the bathroom is. The room on the back left side is very hot. For everything else we have been very good. It is a very profitable villa and close to the beach.
Le falta un poco de luz en el jardin . La ducha es un poco pequeña en proporción con lo grande que es el baño. La habitación del fondo lado izquierdo es muy calurosa. Por todo lo demás hemos estado muy bien. Es una villa muy provechosa y cerca de la playa.
Exceptional holidays in an exceptional setting! The villa, the swimming pool, the view of the bay, the proximity to the city center, everything has been thought of for an excellent stay! Thanks to Claire and her husband for all the good advice, the wild beach, the surrounding visits and shops, and the ice cream at Turon, really killer!
