Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!
Beautiful and large house set on the mountainside overlooking the Tyranean Sea. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space for multiple families (we had my family of five plus five additional adults...10 in total). With wifi, pool, and several large outside areas to lounge and enjoy the spectacular seaviews. Getting to the house from Sperlonga is a bit of a trek (15 min up the mountainside), but it's worth the drive.
This property was WONDERFUL. It was quiet and clean, and the owner was helpful and available. It was well stocked with most necessities.
I did find the driveway to be quite challenging, but I was unfamiliar with Corsica. Others who know the region might not be as surprised as I was by the difficulty of getting up the hill.
Belive me, however, it was worth the drive up the hill!
Excellent stay in Hardelot! The exchanges with Laurent are friendly and fluid. The accommodation corresponds completely to the description. The location of the villa is ideal: a few steps from the beach and a 10-minute walk from the center of Hardelot. The view of the dunes is peaceful and calm reigns. Les échanges avec Laurent sont amicaux et fluides. Le logement correspond totalement à la description. La situation de la villa est idéale : à quelques pas de la plage et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre de Hardelot. La vue sur les dunes est paisible et le calme règne. A l'intérieur, il y a tout le confort nécessaire pour passer un agréable séjour en famille. Nous recommandons.

We really enjoyed Mr and Mrs P's house. The contact and the relationship was very pleasant. The house is very well equipped, very clean and very comfortable. The view is great! We enjoyed having an aperitif while watching the sunset! We were two couples with children. There is everything they need, even a small games room?! The house is close to the sea on foot. Nous étions deux couples avec des enfants. Il y tout ce qu’il faut pour ces derniers, même une petite salle de jeux…! La maison est proche de la mer à pieds.

Very nice luxury rental, very clean and very comfortable (the 2 bedrooms at the ends of the living room are well insulated and completely independent with their own bathrooms). The house is very well equipped, very pleasant with its huge terrace facing the sea (accessible on foot by a path a little lower). Surrounded by vegetation, it is a haven of peace and tranquility, as for the owners they are absolutely charming and very welcoming! One of the best rentals for many years in Corsica
Très belle location de standing très propre et très confortable (les 2 chambres aux extrémités de la pièce à vivre sont bien isolées et totalement indépendantes avec leurs propres sanitaires) . la maison est très bien équipée, très agréable avec son immense terrasse face à la mer (accessible à pieds par un sentier un peu plus bas). Entourée de végétation, c'est un havre de paix et de tranquillité, quand aux propriétaires ils sont absolument charmants et très accueillants! Une des meilleures locations depuis de nombreuses années en Corse
Very good holiday spent in this accommodation. We lived 100% outside (morning, noon and evening). The outdoor kitchen is a real plus. The location is ideal and quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped, with quality appliances, very good bedding. It is also very well maintained and clean. The view and access to the canal is great. The major asset remains the swimming pool! However, the lack of air conditioning upstairs (bedroom) is very penalizing despite the presence of ceiling fans and a mobile air conditioning unit (very/too noisy). Note that the bed in the second bedroom is a convertible sofa (with good bedding). Communication with Annie went smoothly. To do again without hesitation if air conditioning is added upstairs
Très bonnes vacances passées dans ce logement. Nous avons vécu 100% dehors (matin, midi et soir). La cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus.
L'emplacement est idéal et au calme.
Le logement est très bien équipé, avec des appareils de qualité, une très bonne literie. Il est également très bien entretenu et propre. La vue et accès au canal est top. L'atout majeur reste la piscine!
Néanmoins la non présence de climatisation à l'étage (chambre) est très pénalisante malgré la présence de ventilateurs de plafond et d'une climatisation mobile (très/trop bruyante). A noter que le lit de la deuxième chambre est un canapé convertible (avec une bonne literie).
La communication avec Annie s'est faite sans problème.
A refaire sans hésiter si ajout de la climatisation à l'étage
I highly recommend this rental. The villa is very nice: lots of space and very bright. It is very clean. The surroundings are nice: lots of nice little restaurants and many walks to do in the area.
Je recommande vivement cette location. La villa est très agréable: beaucoup d'espace et très lumineuse. Il y fait très propre. Les alentours sont chouettes: beaucoup de petits restaurants sympas et de nombreuses promenades à faire dans les environs.
At Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni it was nice to fall asleep lulled by the sound of the surf and wake up with the lapping of the waves. Unforgettable were the relaxing evening walks on the shoreline since the beach was practically just outside the front door. If we then add the possibility of attending shows, musical events and recreational activities in the play area, we feel like packing our bags and returning to the seaside as soon as possible, in the well-organized, clean and welcoming villa just a stone's throw from the waves, which hosted us in September. And last but not least, thanks to the owners Licio and Enza, exquisite people, hospitable, available but discreet, ready to intervene in case of need. A beautiful holiday! Mara and Mario
A Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni è stato bello addormentarsi cullati dal suono della risacca e svegliarsi con lo sciabordio delle onde. Indimenticabili le rilassanti passeggiate serali sulla battigia poiché la spiaggia era praticamente appena fuori l’uscio di casa.
Se aggiungiamo poi la possibilità di assistere a spettacoli, eventi musicali e le attività ludiche nell’area giochi ci torna la voglia di fare le valigie e tornare al mare al più presto, nella villetta ben organizzata negli spazi, pulita ed accogliente a due passi dalle onde, che ci ha ospitato in settembre.
Ed infine, ma in cima a tutto, un grazie ai proprietari Licio ed Enza, persone squisite, ospitali, disponibili ma discreti, pronti ad intervenire in caso di necessità.
