Very correct service, fully equipped, super friendly owner and welcoming.
Strong point: close to the sea on small, very friendly beach as described in the announcement. Food, shopping and entertainment very close.
Excellent ideal location without the use of vehicle, private parking.
We would go back.

Just returned from one week to 6 in this apartment conveniently located in a nice area, according to the announcement. Bed of very good quality. Very well equipped, with storage space (handy when you're 6).
Tastefully furnished. We had a perfect stay. We'll be back for sure.
And sea views ........ Great.
Beach access, restaurant, harbor etc without vehicle.
Close to shops and starting point for walks.

Very nice apartment, bright, nice, clean, tastefully decorated, just as it should.
Very well equipped, nothing missing washer level, although functional kitchen. Comfortable bedding.
The terrace is a definite plus, spacious and very nice. Perfectly safe for children by his fence and locked gate.
The apartment location is great, we had a really pleasant stay and would not hesitate to reconsider if we returned to Cap d'Agde.
The icing on the cake is the sympathy of the owner, who always responds very quickly to emails, and with lots of humor, which does not hurt :-)

Following your departure, I called you within 5 minutes of your departure, to let you know that the door was no longer closing, although it was working perfectly when you arrived. So you damaged the door, and moreover, you told me you used the oven... door open, thank you for the electricity bill.
The oven was only 2 years old and was new, I did not need to change it.
You say I'm dishonest but giving You the benefit of the doubt I only charged you half for the new oven (90E) and I PAID THE OTHER HALF when you should have paid for the whole oven that you broke.
As for the deposit, I sent it to you torn by post. You talk about the problem of refunding the deposit when it has been returned.
I adapted to your arrival and departure times (outside the usual hours? arrival in early check in).
I think that at over 25, I haven't taken advantage of your youth, as you suggest... You're not soyoung as you say in your comment since students and came by car...
In short, that you do not assume your damage and that you put a bad comment, reflects your state of mind.
In 15 years of rental, this is the first time that I have requested participation in a damage.

Suite à votre départ je vous ai appelés dans les 5 minutes suivant votre départ, pour vous signaler que la porte ne fermait plus , alors qu'elle fonctionnait tout à fait lors de votre arrivée . Vous avez donc endommagé la porte, et de plus, vous m'avez dit vous être servis du four ... porte ouverte , merci pour la facture d'électricité .
Le four n'avait que 2 ans et était neuf, je n'avais pas besoin de le changer .
Vous dites que je suis malhonnête mais Vous laissant le bénéfice du doute, je ne vous ai fait payer que la moitié du nouveau four (90E) et J'AI PAYE L'AUTRE MOITIE, alors que vous auriez dû payer l'ensemble du four que vous avez cassé .
En ce qui concerne la caution , je vous l'ai renvoyée déchirée par courrier . Vous parlez de problème de restitution de caution alors qu'elle a été rendue .
Je me suis adaptée à vos horaires d'arrivée et de départ (en dehors des heures habituelles ? arrivée en early check in ) .
Je pense qu'à plus de 25 ans , je n'ai pas profité de votre jeunesse , comme vous le laissez supposer ... Vous n'êtes pas si jeunes que vous le dites dans votre commentaire puisque étudiants et venus en voiture ...
Bref, que vous n'assumiez pas vos dégâts et que vous mettiez un mauvais commentaire , traduit votre état d'esprit .
