Située à 5 min en voiture des commerces de La Haye du Puits, 15 minutes des plages de sable fin de St Germain et Bretteville sur Ay et 30 min des plages du débarquement Utah Beach et de Ste Mère Eglise, 45min de Barfleur, 1h15 du Mont Saint Michel, 30 min de la Cité de la mer à Cherbourg, 30 min des ports d’embarquement pour iles franco-britanniques etc ….
Des kilomètres de voie verte à votre porte ainsi que des activités et balades au sein du Parc Naturel Régional des Marais du Cotentin et du Bessin qui raviront les amoureux de la nature.
Village chargé d’histoire avec le Mont Castre, on y trouve des vestiges allant de la préhistoire à la seconde guerre mondiale, ainsi qu’une ancienne carrière aménagée en plan d’eau et aire de pique-nique.

Good welcome from the owner.
Very quiet place ideal for recharging your batteries.
Having had very good weather, we were able to enjoy the superb beaches of the Cotentin with very decent bathing water.
Many family walks and visits are possible.
It is located on a beautiful land in a very quiet place conducive to relaxation.
The village of Lithaire is geographically well placed to discover the Cotentin, to note nearby the small town of La Haye du Puits very lively with a beautiful market and well stocked with shops.
We were very kindly greeted by the owner.

Ideal location to discover the landing beaches.
Very nice quiet house, spacious, very well equipped and super well maintained.
Nice terrace on which you can eat (barbecue available).
Corinne is very pleasant and immediately puts us at ease. She ensures our well-being and is always available when needed.
We have stayed there three times with as much pleasure.
