Beautiful and large house set on the mountainside overlooking the Tyranean Sea. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space for multiple families (we had my family of five plus five additional adults...10 in total). With wifi, pool, and several large outside areas to lounge and enjoy the spectacular seaviews. Getting to the house from Sperlonga is a bit of a trek (15 min up the mountainside), but it's worth the drive.

I highly recommend this rental. The villa is very nice: lots of space and very bright. It is very clean. The surroundings are nice: lots of nice little restaurants and many walks to do in the area.

There were 14 of us who discovered this place and it was a delight for everyone. The outdoor space, the greenery, the flowers, the swimming pool as well as the welcoming house itself, full of rooms and beautiful meeting spaces, we liked everything. We had our meals under the arbor, we swam, rested, a real pleasure!
Nous étions 14 à découvrir ce lieu et cela a été un enchantement pour chacun. L'espace à l'extérieur, la verdure, les fleurs, la piscine aussi bien que la maison elle-même accueillante, pleine de chambres et de beaux espaces de rencontres, tout nous a plu. Nous avons pris nos repas sous la tonnelle, nous sommes baignés, reposés, un vrai bonheur!

Pretty house, ideally located near the beaches of Ametlla de mar. Very pleasant swimming pool, perfectly maintained, with all around dining area, relaxation, plus the outdoor shower and barbecue. Clean interior, sufficient comfort and equipment, mosquito nets and air conditioning. On the other hand, rather for 8: 4 bedrooms. We were well received by Raul and the day of departure went perfectly with his dad. Thank you both for the exchanges and advice. Highly recommended, the country is beautiful. We spent a dream vacation as a family, 3 generations!
Jolie maison, idéalement placée près des plages d'Ametlla de mar. Piscine très agréable, parfaitement entretenue, avec tout autour coin repas, détente, le plus la douche extérieure et le barbecue.
Intérieur propre, confort et équipement suffisant, moustiquaires et climatisation. Par contre plutôt pour 8 : 4 chambres. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Raul et le jour du départ c'est parfaitement passé avec son papa.
Merci à tous les deux pour les échanges et les conseils. Recommandé plus plus, le pays est magnifique. Nous avons passé en famille, 3 générations, des vacances de rêve !

It is a spacious house. Spacious garden. Everything is there. We had a good holiday. We came with 7 people. And 2 dogs. Mr Raul was very helpful and friendly. Easy to reach. It is our first experience with media holidays

Ad fully consistent with what is presented. The house is still as in the photos "in its juice" in terms of decoration but all its other assets make us forget it. 1) The space: the bedrooms are spacious with good bedding and some well separated (we were two families and we were able to partition 3 areas, 2 separate parental rooms and one for teenagers) with many terraces, bathrooms and toilets, a living room, a dining room and separate kitchen, so we can live easily without stepping on each other. 2) The swimming pool, large, deep and very well maintained 3) The equipment: a living space outside very often shaded, a barbecue, a dishwasher, an oven, a microwave, access to a washing machine and WIFI, sufficient dishwashing equipment (even if as a cook I was missing a few pans that do not stick and a potholder), all the household linen kindly lent by the owner. We thank Mr. A. for this stay, his kindness, his availability, his help, his sharing, we had a pleasant time and we will not hesitate to come back here if we return to Portugal.
Annonce entièrement conforme à ce qui est présenté. La maison est encore comme sur les photos « dans son jus » côté décoration mais tous ses autres atouts nous le font oublier. 1) L’espace : les chambres sont spacieuses avec une bonne literie et certaines bien séparées (nous étions deux familles et nous avons pu cloisonner 3 zones, 2 parentales distinctes et une pour les ados) avec de nombreuses terrasses, salles de bains et toilettes, un salon, une salle à manger et cuisine séparés, on peut donc vivre facilement sans se marcher dessus. 2) La piscine, grande, profonde et très bien entretenue 3) L’équipement : un espace à vivre dehors très souvent ombré, un barbecue, un lave-vaisselle, un four, un micro-ondes, l’accès à un lave-linge et au WIFI, un équipement vaisselle bien suffisant (même si en tant que cuisinière il me manquait quelques poêles qui n’attachent pas et une manique), tout le linge de maison sympathiquement prêté par le propriétaire. Nous remercions Mr. A. pour ce séjour, sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité, son aide, son partage, nous avons passé un agréable moment et nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir ici si nous revenons au Portugal.
Magnificent view from the balcony where we had all our meals for 2 weeks, 4 people. The 3 bedrooms are comfortable and the apartment well equipped. Just one note: the Wi-Fi is of very poor quality (it's not the owner's fault, just that the residence is very far from the ADSL relay. It's the same for everyone in Bisanne). You have to use the 4G connection which works very well (me with Orange)
Vue magnifique depuis le balcon sur lequel nous avons pris tous les repas pendant 2 semaines, à 4 personnes. Les 3 chambres sont confortables et l'appartement bien équipé. Juste une remarque : le wi-fi est de très mauvaise qualité (ce n'est pas la faute du propriétaire, juste que la résidence est très loin du relais ADSL. C'est la même chose pour tout le monde à Bisanne). Il faut se servir de la connexion 4G qui fonctionne très bien (moi avec Orange)

We stayed with a group of friends in this villa the week of August. The villa is wonderful, very well kept. The location is fantastic: very close to the beaches of Salento. The owners, Roberta and her husband, are very kind people, always ready to answer any of our requests. Top holiday!

We spent a lovely week in this house with eight adults and one child. Everything was as described. The house is in a very quiet area, and the centre of Bédoin is within easy walking distance. We spent a lot of time on the terrace and large pool. When it was very hot, the air conditioning added to the comfort. Contact with the landlord was friendly and uncomplicated. I can recommend the accommodation without hesitation.
Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche mit acht Erwachsenen und einem Kind in diesem Haus verbracht. Alles,entsprach der Beschreibung. Das Haus liegt in einem sehr ruhigen Viertel, das Zentrum von Bédoin ist bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wir haben sehr viel Zeit auf der Terrasse und großen Pool verbracht. Bei großer Hitze hat die Klimaanlage zum Komfort beigetragen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und unkompliziert. Ich kann die Unterkunft bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.

Owners very available to our requests by email. A very well equipped, clean and very well located apartment. An attractive price for the summer. On the other hand, unbearable smells (of fuel) in some rooms downstairs (the bathrooms and the double bedroom) masked by the owners with perfume in the middle of the stay. A noise nuisance: noise of furniture and footsteps (shoes) on the upper level disturbing (6:30 in the morning or late at night).

Par contre, des odeurs insupportables (de fuel) dans certaines pièces du bas (les salles de bain et la chambre double) masquées par les propriétaires par du parfum en milieu de séjour. Une nuisance sonore : bruit de meubles et de pas (chaussures) au niveau supérieur dérangeant (6h30 du matin ou tard dans le début de nuit).
