We had a superb holiday, the villa is magnificent, the view is incredible, overlooking the cove of Favone, its location is perfect for traveling across Corsica from north to south, the property is very well wooded. Possibility of taking a shower outside overlooking the Maquis. The owner is available and very pleasant. I recommend.
Nous avons passés de superbes vacances, la villa est magnifique, la vue est incroyable, donnant sur la anse de Favone, sa localisation est parfaite afin de sillonner la Corse du nord au Sud, le bien est très bien arboré. Possibilité de prendre une douche à l'extérieur donnant sur le Maquis.
Le propriétaire est disponible et très agréable.

My partner and I enjoyed our stay in this very functional accommodation where dogs are accepted and with a pleasant garden level with direct access to the marina. It is located in a secure residence and there is a parking space. Which is also very appreciable. Access to the beach is only a 2-minute walk from the accommodation. The area is very quiet and few shops nearby but you can find a SPAR and a bakery less than 10 minutes walk away as well as 5 restaurants. In addition, the owners are very pleasant and welcoming people. We can only recommend this rental.
Mon conjoint et moi avons apprécié notre séjour passé dans ce logement très fonctionnel où les chiens sont acceptés et avec un agréable rez de jardin avec un accès direct sur la marina. Il se situe dans une résidence sécurisée et il y a une place de parking. Ce qui est fort appréciable également.
L'accès à la plage est à seulement 2 min à pied depuis le logement. Le quartier est très calme et peu de commerces alentours mais on peut y trouver un SPAR et une boulangerie à moins de 10 min à pied ainsi que 5 restaurants.
De plus les propriétaires sont des personnes très agréables et accueillantes. Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location.
We can only recommend this rental, we had a more than perfect stay! The accommodation is ideally located (you can easily do everything on foot or by bike) and the services are more than up to par (wifi, 2 televisions, 160 cm bed, air conditioning, electric shutters and skylights, and so on) . It's quite simple, we have never benefited from such a level of equipment in a previous rental, especially for the price which is very affordable. The owner is attentive and very kind! We will come back without any hesitation, perhaps even as early as the next summer season. I would therefore more than highly recommend this accommodation for your future vacation!
Nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location, nous avons passé un séjour plus que parfait ! Le logement est idéalement situé (on peut facilement tout faire à pied ou à vélo) et les prestations sont plus qu'à la hauteur (wifi, 2 télévisions, lit en 160, clim, volets et vélux électriques, et j'en passe). C'est bien simple nous n'avons jamais bénéficié d'un tel niveau d'équipement dans une ancienne location surtout pour le prix qui est des plus abordable. Le propriétaire est à l'écoute et d'une grande gentillesse ! Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation peut-être même dès la prochaine saison estivale. Je recommanderais donc plus que fortement ce logement pour vos futures vacances !

Beautiful villa equipped with all comforts, near a mixed beach of pebbles and sand that is not well maintained but satisfactory. There isn't much nearby other than Cefalù, but for those who want to enjoy a bit of relaxation it's perfect. Marialuisa the owner is very helpful and courteous. There were 8 of us staying and we had no inconveniences as there were 2 bathrooms plus an external shower. The only advice for Marialuisa is perhaps to add some utensils to the kitchen that are missing and put in an electric oven because even though there is a microwave, not everyone knows how to use it or uses it. 3 days of relaxation?see you next time! PS.I didn't sign a rental contract
Bellissima villetta dotata di tutti i comfort, vicino ad una spiaggia mista di ciottoli e sabbia poco curata ma soddisfacente. Nelle vicinanze apparte Cefalù non c'è molto,ma per chi vuole godersi un po' di relax è perfetta.Marialuisa la proprietaria è molto disponibile e cortese. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 e non abbiamo avuto disagi in quanto erano presenti 2 bagni più doccia esterna. Unico consiglio per Marialuisa è forse quello di aggiungere qualche utensile in cucina che manca e mettere un fornetto elettrico perché pur essendoci un microonde,non tutti lo sanno usare o lo usano. 3 giorni di relax🤗alla prox!

It was expected that the person who received, spoke French. This was not the case. Access to the apartment was complicated because of the tenants on the ground floor who had an aggressive dog who attacked us twice. Despite an email to warn Maria Louisa, we had no reaction from her.
Il était prévu que la personne qui réceptionne, parlait français. Ce n'était pas le cas.
L'accès à l'appartement a été compliqué à cause des locataires du rez-de-chaussée qui avait un chien agressif qui nous a attaqué à 2 reprises. Malgré un mail pour prévenir Maria Louisa, nous n'avons pas eu de réaction de sa part.
It's been 2 times that we rent this apartment with always so much satisfaction! It is well laid out, functional and very well placed at the entrance to the port. The owners are very nice. We will return!

We stayed here for 2 weeks with our dog, very quiet and very close to the free beach on foot. We booked accommodation in the attic which includes a terrace equipped with a barbecue. The only suggestion I give to Marialuisa, who welcomed us very well, is to replace the 2 single beds in the kitchen with a sofa bed in order to have more space in the kitchen or even to put a bigger table, than in the hottest days. you can eat indoors. Having said that we will definitely return, but, next time we will book for the accommodation with the garden.
Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 settimane insieme alla nostra cagnolina, contesto molto tranquillo e vicinissimo a piedi alla spiaggia libera.
Abbiamo prenotato l'alloggio in mansarda che prevede la terrazza attrezzata di barbecue.
L'unico suggerimento che do a Marialuisa, che ci ha accolti benissimo, è di sostituire in cucina i 2 lettini singoli con un divano letto in modo di avere più spazio in cucina o addirittura di mettere un tavolo più grande, che nei giorni più caldi si può mangiare dentro casa.
Detto ciò ritorneremo sicuramente, ma, la prossima volta prenoteremo per l'alloggio con il giardino.

We have been renting the house for several years. It is immaculate, welcoming and warm. Very well located because close to shops and the beach. All trips can be done on foot. Nous louons depuis plusieurs années la maison. Celle-ci est impeccable, accueillante et chaleureuse. Très bien située car à deux pas des commerces et de la plage. Tout les déplacements peuvent se faire à pieds.
Quant au propriétaire de la maison, que dire sinon que son accueil est également très chaleureux et sympathique. Toujours disponible en cas de besoin.
Pour tout cela, nous vous recommandons cette location, du bien être à l’état pur.
