House in newly built apartment just steps from the beautiful beach (about 100 meters).
The apartment is composed of kitchen, double bedroom, bunk bed and bathroom with shower. Beautifully decorated with handmade chestnut furniture and local ceramics.
Outside a large covered veranda with a small garden, while at the back there is a service area with outdoor shower. The parking place is inside the residence.
The apartment is air conditioned and is equipped with a mobile barbecue on the rear veranda. Despite the tranquility of the site, the property is located in a central area, and you can reach the center of the village on foot in a few minutes. The area is well served by supermarkets, bakeries, fruit and vegetable shops, pharmacy, fish, etc ...

Bilocale, in residence di recente costruzione a due passi dalla splendida spiaggia (circa 100 mt). Il bilocale è composto da cucina in muratura, camera da letto matrimoniale, letto a castello e bagno con doccia. Finemente arredato con mobili artigianali in castagno e ceramiche locali.
All’esterno ampia veranda coperta con piccolo giardinetto mentre sul retro vi è una zona servizi con doccia esterna. Il posto macchina è all’interno del residence.
Il bilocale è climatizzato ed è dotato di un barbecue mobile posto in una veranda sul retro dell’abitazione. Nonostante la tranquillità del sito, l’immobile è ubicato in una zona centrale, è possibile, raggiungere il centro del paese a piedi in pochi minuti. La zona è ben servita di supermercati, panifici, botteghe di frutta e verdura, farmacia, pescherie, ecc...

From the airport of Palermo-Punta Raisi, take the highway to Castellammare del Golfo, cross the village and take the SS 187 towards Trapani. the road towards Custonaci and after about 3 km towards San Vito Lo Capo. Once in San Vito Lo Capo Savoy cross the street and turn right into Via C. Colombo, then turn left on Via Seni
Dall'aeroporto di Palermo- Punta Raisi, percorrere l'autostrada fino a Castellammare del Golfo, attraversare l'abitato ed imboccare la SS 187 direzione Trapani. prendere il bivio per Custonaci e dopo circa 3 km proseguire per San Vito Lo Capo. Giunti a San Vito Lo Capo attraversare la via Savoia e girare a destra per via C. Colombo, dopo averla percorsa tutta girare a sinistra per via Senia.
