Beautiful villa equipped with all comforts, near a mixed beach of pebbles and sand that is not well maintained but satisfactory. There isn't much nearby other than Cefalù, but for those who want to enjoy a bit of relaxation it's perfect. Marialuisa the owner is very helpful and courteous. There were 8 of us staying and we had no inconveniences as there were 2 bathrooms plus an external shower. The only advice for Marialuisa is perhaps to add some utensils to the kitchen that are missing and put in an electric oven because even though there is a microwave, not everyone knows how to use it or uses it. 3 days of relaxation?see you next time! Bellissima villetta dotata di tutti i comfort, vicino ad una spiaggia mista di ciottoli e sabbia poco curata ma soddisfacente. Nelle vicinanze apparte Cefalù non c'è molto,ma per chi vuole godersi un po' di relax è perfetta.Marialuisa la proprietaria è molto disponibile e cortese. Abbiamo soggiornato in 8 e non abbiamo avuto disagi in quanto erano presenti 2 bagni più doccia esterna. Unico consiglio per Marialuisa è forse quello di aggiungere qualche utensile in cucina che manca e mettere un fornetto elettrico perché pur essendoci un microonde,non tutti lo sanno usare o lo usano. 3 giorni di relax🤗alla prox!

It was expected that the person who received, spoke French. This was not the case. Access to the apartment was complicated because of the tenants on the ground floor who had an aggressive dog who attacked us twice. Despite an email to warn Maria Louisa, we had no reaction from her.
Il était prévu que la personne qui réceptionne, parlait français. Ce n'était pas le cas.
L'accès à l'appartement a été compliqué à cause des locataires du rez-de-chaussée qui avait un chien agressif qui nous a attaqué à 2 reprises. Malgré un mail pour prévenir Maria Louisa, nous n'avons pas eu de réaction de sa part.
We stayed here for 2 weeks with our dog, very quiet and very close to the free beach on foot. We booked accommodation in the attic which includes a terrace equipped with a barbecue. The only suggestion I give to Marialuisa, who welcomed us very well, is to replace the 2 single beds in the kitchen with a sofa bed in order to have more space in the kitchen or even to put a bigger table, than in the hottest days. you can eat indoors. Having said that we will definitely return, but, next time we will book for the accommodation with the garden.
Abbiamo soggiornato qui per 2 settimane insieme alla nostra cagnolina, contesto molto tranquillo e vicinissimo a piedi alla spiaggia libera.
Abbiamo prenotato l'alloggio in mansarda che prevede la terrazza attrezzata di barbecue.
L'unico suggerimento che do a Marialuisa, che ci ha accolti benissimo, è di sostituire in cucina i 2 lettini singoli con un divano letto in modo di avere più spazio in cucina o addirittura di mettere un tavolo più grande, che nei giorni più caldi si può mangiare dentro casa.
Detto ciò ritorneremo sicuramente, ma, la prossima volta prenoteremo per l'alloggio con il giardino.
The apartment is on the ground floor of a house with a pleasant terrace facing the rising sun, with everything you need. Possibility to park your car for free close by. The apartment is very comfortable, functional and well equipped, washing machine, large fridge, coffee makers, toaster ... 1 bedroom with a 1.60 m bed and 2 single beds in two separate small rooms. a bathroom with a spacious shower. The impeccable cleanliness of this place is a significant plus. Our Host, Pascal, friendly, discreet is always there for any information or advice if needed.

1 chambre avec un lit de 1,60 m et 2 lits d'une personne dans deux petites pièces séparées. une salle de bain avec une douche spacieuse.
La propreté irréprochable de ce lieu est un plus non négligeable.
Notre Hôte, Pascal, sympathique, discret est toujours là pour toute information ou conseil si besoin.

Ideally located rental: close to shops and restaurants (the plancha is to be done) also close to the pétanque grounds and especially the lake accessible by a staircase. The apartment itself is ideal for our taste for 3. You have to take into account that the child's bed is located in the corridor leading to the kitchen and the bathroom / WC. Our son is a heavy sleeper so no problem on our end. A few practical utensils are missing in the kitchen such as a colander. The terrace with its deckchairs is really very pleasant. There are air conditioners in the apartment but if you close the shutters properly during the day it is sufficiently cool. The apartment is nice and we would be happy to come back.
Location idéalement placée : proche des commerces et restaurants (la plancha est à faire) proche également des terrains de pétanque et surtout du lac accessible par un escalier. L'appartement en lui même est idéal à notre goût pour 3. Il faut tenir compte du fait que le lit enfant se situe dans le couloir d'accès de la cuisine et de la SDB/WC. Notre fils a le sommeil lourd donc aucun problème de notre côté. Il manque quelques ustensiles pratique dans la cuisine comme une passoire. La terrasse avec ses transats est vraiment très agréable. Il y a des climatiseurs dans l'appartement mais en fermant bien les volets la journée il fait suffisamment frais. L'appartement est agréable et nous serions prêt à y revenir.
We have not been yet we are very satisfied! The landlord was aware that I have been coming to Les Salles sur Verdon for over 25 years. Since it was not known until June 15 whether we could go at all, the owner contacted us to indicate that the village was very different at the time than I was used to. It would be a shame to come to Les Salles and he advised us against it. We received the deposit neatly refunded to our account and next year we would like to reserve this house again. Although we would have preferred our holiday to be different, we have a very good feeling left to the landlord (Mr. Cotel) ..
Wij zijn niet geweest maar toch zijn wij zeer tevreden! De verhuurder was op de hoogte van het feit dat ik al meer dan 25 jaar in Les Salles sur Verdon kom. Aangezien er tot 15 juni helemaal niet bekend was of wij überhaupt wel konden gaan, nam de eigenaar zelf contact met ons op om aan te geven dat het dorp er op dat moment heel anders bij lag dan ik gewend was. Het zou zonde zijn om naar Les Salles te komen en hij raadde het ons dan ook af. Wij kregen de aanbetaling netjes op onze rekening teruggestort en volgend jaar reserveren wij deze woning graag weer. Ondanks dat wij onze vakantie liever anders hadden ingevuld, hebben wij wel een heel goed gevoel aan de verhuurder (de heer Cotel) overgehouden..

House cozy and close to the sea. All amenities are nearby. You can walk to the sea in 3 minutes. The residence is well maintained and the area is quiet and quiet.

Ms Maria Luisa who handed us the house, was very kind and helpful in giving us all the necessary information to stay, both for the home and for the indications for external services. The house was in accordance to what is shown in the ad. The sea was actually 250 meters away, but the reach of free beach as it was a bit 'shabby. Going away for a kilometer we found a very nice facility, where moreover they ate well.
La sig.ra Maria Luisa che ci ha consegnato la casa, è stata gentilissima e disponibile nel darci tutte le indicazioni necessarie al soggiorno, sia per quanto riguarda la casa che per le indicazioni relative ai servizi esterni. La casa era conforme a quanto indicato nell'annuncio. Il mare era effettivamente a 250 metri di distanza, ma il tratto di spiaggia libera raggiungibile era per così dire un po' squallido.
Allontanandoci per un chilometro abbiamo trovato uno stabilimento molto carino dove oltretutto si mangiava anche bene.
