The kitchen is bright, modern and its large island made of reclaimed wood is its own piece of beach art in the heart of the house. The dining area seats up to 6 at the table with 2 bar stools at the island for extra seating. The living room is extremely comfortable with a nice sectional so everyone can kick back and enjoy a movie on one of the home's 3 smart TVs after a long day in the sun at our amazing beach. There is also a second living space in the Florida room with its own independent wall A/C unit, and queen size sofa sleeper where you and/or the kids can have space away to do your own thing. The primary bedroom features a brand new California King mattress and the 2nd bedroom has a queen. A completely updated 2nd full bathroom and washer and dryer add to your comfort and convenience.
