Edge of town so easy to hike to woods and secluded areas along coast. 5 minute walk to tourist center of town but in a very quiet residential area. Washing machine was a nice bonus. Alex very helpful, gave me a ride from the bus, helped me make travel arrangements for when I left. I also left some things when I moved on, which he graciously sent to my home. Good recommendations for restaurants. L'Escala is pretty full of tourists, but walking towards the Greek/Roman Ruins is very nice and not crowded at all, and ruins are quite interesting. Lots of water things to do as well.
Perfect place for a summer holiday with kids. Nino's house is steps away from a beautiful sandy beach that was uncrowded even at the height of summer vacation season. The house is spacious, clean, and comfortable, and Nino was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Highly recommend!
Very nice apartment! Spacious and lovely decorated rooms. Very friendly owner. Two steps to Guidalocca beach. Sea view. 10 minutes drive to Castellamare harbor and to Zingaro natural park. Ideal for a couple or family with 1 or 2 children.

The villa was exactly as described on the rental site. It was great to have breakfast or an evening drink sitting on the baloney which was about 50 meters from the sea. Nice location for day trips in south central sicily.

Beautiful place to spend holidays, with a view of the pool, garden and sea. And everything you need/can have is available directly nearby. Too bad the pool closes at the end of September!

At Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni it was nice to fall asleep lulled by the sound of the surf and wake up with the lapping of the waves. Unforgettable were the relaxing evening walks on the shoreline since the beach was practically just outside the front door. If we then add the possibility of attending shows, musical events and recreational activities in the play area, we feel like packing our bags and returning to the seaside as soon as possible, in the well-organized, clean and welcoming villa just a stone's throw from the waves, which hosted us in September. And last but not least, thanks to the owners Licio and Enza, exquisite people, hospitable, available but discreet, ready to intervene in case of need. A beautiful holiday! Mara and Mario
A Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni è stato bello addormentarsi cullati dal suono della risacca e svegliarsi con lo sciabordio delle onde. Indimenticabili le rilassanti passeggiate serali sulla battigia poiché la spiaggia era praticamente appena fuori l’uscio di casa.
Se aggiungiamo poi la possibilità di assistere a spettacoli, eventi musicali e le attività ludiche nell’area giochi ci torna la voglia di fare le valigie e tornare al mare al più presto, nella villetta ben organizzata negli spazi, pulita ed accogliente a due passi dalle onde, che ci ha ospitato in settembre.
Ed infine, ma in cima a tutto, un grazie ai proprietari Licio ed Enza, persone squisite, ospitali, disponibili ma discreti, pronti ad intervenire in caso di necessità.

To get to the apartment you have to go up 2 flights of stairs but they are not tiring. The location of the apartment is very convenient, 2 steps from the center of the village and the beach that can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes. The only flaw was the morning noises already at 6:00, caused mainly by the street cleaners in collecting the recyclable waste.
Per arrivare all'appartamento si devono fare 2 rampe di scale ma non risultano faticose. L'ubicazione dell'appartamento è molto comodo, a 2 passi dal centro del paese e dalla spiaggia che si raggiunge a piedi in meno di 5 minuti. L'unico neo sono stati i rumori mattutini già alle 6:00, causati soprattutto dai netturbini nel prelevare i rifiuti riciclabili.
Very clean and well located apartment, responsive and friendly owner. The residence is well maintained and the immediate proximity to the beach is a big advantage.

In front of the apartment there is a cove (Cala Crans) which is only accessible in 5 minutes on foot (by stairs) and is super pretty and clean. There is a lot of vegetation, pine trees, you can walk and go to a lighthouse (surroundings) and a coastal path that is really spectacular at sunset. You can see almost the entire Costa Dorada from the apartment terrace! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Hay mucha vegetación, pinos, se puede pasear e ir hasta un faro (alrededores) Y un camino de ronda que es realmente espectacular al atardecer

The apartment is very large with large rooms and also two very large terraces, one of which is shaded with a table, chairs and a swing on which I loved to take a nap in the afternoon. The terrace with a sea view ? we took all our meals there. An outdoor shower when returning from the beach which is a two-minute walk away! We already had everything we needed to cook: salt, pepper, olive oil, shower gel, shampoo, the sheets and towels smelled very good. The apartment is spotless, very clean. You quickly feel at home there. Vincenzo the owner who does not live on site, was discreet and extremely kind. Even a little attention by bringing us some small pastries from the region. A car is necessary for shopping there, 5 minutes away is a small town on the beach with a landscaped coastline with restaurants, bars, small shops and very lively in the evening ?. A real pleasure to have been able to eat all the local products. A fishmonger with his small shop sold fresh fish in the morning, we enjoyed buying our fish therefresh in the morning and at noon on the plate ? Eat great ice cream, have a drink along the promenade and meet wonderful people. You should know that the locals are extremely kind and very generous. The beach in front of the rental is very beautiful, I was lucky enough to see the sunrise in the morning at 6:15 am when I was walking there. Often in the morning we walked along the beach 4 km. It is an authentic, calm and relaxing place. The location of the apartment was strategic for us, an hour or an hour and a half from all the places to see absolutely. Alberobello, Ostuni, Santa Maria Di Leuca and so on. The city of Lecce is a 35-minute drive from the apartment. It's a big, bustling city. In short, these twelve days have been wonderful.
L'appartement est très grand avec de grandes pièces et également deux très grandes terrasses dont une ombragé avec table, chaises et une balancelle sur laquelle j'ai adoré y faire la sieste l'après midi. La terrasse avec vue sur mer 😍 nous y prenions tous les repas. Une douche extérieure au retour de la plage qui se situe à deux minutes à pied !
Tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner, nous avions déjà sur place : sel, poivre, huile d'olive, gel douche, shampoing, les draps et serviettes sentaient très bons.
L'appartement est nickel, très propre.
On s'y sent vite comme chez soi.
Vincenzo le propriétaire qui ne vit pas sur place, était discret et d'une extrême gentillesse.
Même une petite attention en nous rapportant des petites pâtisseries de la région.
Une voiture est nécessaire pour y faire les courses, à 5 minutes se trouve une petite commune en bord de plage avec un littoral aménagé avec restauration, bar, petits commerces et très animée en soirée 😊.
Un réel plaisir d'avoir pu manger tous les produits locaux.
Un vendeur de poisson avec sa petite boutique vendait le poisson frais du matin, on avait plaisir à y acheter notre poisson frais le matin et à midi dans l'assiette 👌
Manger de très bonnes glaces, boire un verre le long de la promenade et y rencontrer des gens merveilleux.
Il faut savoir que les locaux sont d'une extrême gentillesse et avec une grande générosité.
La plage qui se trouve en face de la location est très belle, j'ai eu la chance de voir le lever du soleil le matin à 06h15 lorsque je m'y promenais.
Souvent le matin nous marchions le long de la plage 4 km.
C'est un endroit authentique, calme et reposant.
L'emplacement de l'appartement pour nous était stratégique, à une heure voir une heure trente de tous les endroits à voir absolument.
Alberobello, Ostuni, Santa Maria Di Leuca et j'en passe.
La ville de Lecce se trouve à 35 minutes en voiture de l'appartement.
C'est une grande ville animée.
Bref ces douze jours ont été merveilleux.
We spent two wonderful weeks in Alessia's little house. It was exactly as described and we felt very comfortable there. We have spent our holidays in this small holiday complex several times and we really like it there.

Excellent contact with the owner who is reachable and responsive as well as with Joëlle who gives you the keys and gives good advice. The house is close to the beach with a magnificent sea view and breathtaking sunsets. Well equipped with air conditioning and everything you need for a great holiday. Restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. If there is really a fault to be found, the road below is quite busy.
