The market is nearby (2 times/week).
Everything was as described.
However, a small downside was the trundle bed which was practically on the floor.
A sofa bed in the living room would be more practical.
Otherwise, we had a great family stay.

Thank you for your message, just a little clarification regarding the trundle bed, when you take out the 2nd bed from below, there are 2 feet at the head and feet which rise up and which allow the 2nd bed to be exactly at the same height as the one above
A couch for me is not satisfactory because sometimes the people are friends or adult siblings and do not want to sleep together.
If you wish to return to this region, I will be happy to welcome you to my apartment.

Merci pour votre message, juste une petite mise au point concernant le lit Gigogne, quand vous sortez le 2ème lit du dessous, il y a 2 pieds en tête et en pieds qui se relève et qui permettent au 2ème lit d’être exactement à la même hauteur que celui du dessus
Une banquette pour moi n’est pas satisfaisante car il arrive que les personnes soient des Amis ou des frères et sœurs adultes et ne souhaite pas coucher ensemble
Si vous souhaitez revenir dans cette région, ce sera avec plaisir que je vous recevrai dans mon appartement

Apartment in a quiet area with a view of the sea on one side and the forest on the other from the balcony.
Apartment conforms to what is in the description, the + is the interior courtyard to park the car at night.
2 mins from the beach and 10 mins walk from the pedestrian area of St Jean de Monts.
Very large market in the parallel street (Avenue de la plage) on Mondays and Thursdays, small supermarket in the same street.
Thank you to the owner for allowing us to spend one more day. We are keeping your contact details for next year.

I hope you are well, just an email to let you know that we had a pleasant stay in your rental. The accommodation is very pleasant and the setting perfect. We are delighted with our stay.
A little information on the toilet seat it seems loose, it still holds but it would be better to tighten it again to prevent it from getting damaged.
We also told the person at the agency who told us to let you know too.
I wish you a good continuation and I will not fail to come back to you if we wish to return to Saint Jean de Monts in the future.

I have received your message, and I am sorry that some things do not have you more, regarding the apt on the 3rd floor without elevator, it is stipulated in my announcement, the stairs are in half level and are easy to access, tenants over 70 have never complained, for the period you came, I had lowered my rate of 100 €, more you had asked me if I would accept your little cat, normally c is NO in my advert, "no animals ", but for you, I accepted, the departures of the accommodation are planned at maximum at 11am, you stayed until 17h30 approximately, from where The additional € 30 for water consumed and other, plus the MORENO agency that deals with many homes for rent, shifted for the inventory due to the change of time of your departure. NOTHING WAS COMPULSORY, you were not forced, you accepted, you could leave at the time stipulated in the contract.
I am sorry for all this, but wanted to answer you on the points of your dissatisfaction.

J’ai bien reçu votre message, et je suis désolé que certaines choses ne vous ai pas plus, concernant l’apt au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, c’est stipulé dans mon annonce, les escaliers sont en demi palier et sont faciles d’accès, des locataires de plus de 70 ans ne se sont jamais plaint, pour la période où vous êtes venu, j’avais baissé mon tarif de 100€, de plus vous m’aviez demandé si j’accepterais votre petit chat, normalement c’est NON dans mon annonce, "pas d'animaux", mais pour vous, j’ai accepté, les départs du logement sont prévus au maximum à 11h du matin, vous êtes restés jusqu’à 17h30 environ, d’où Les 30€ supplémentaires pour l’eau consommée et autres, plus l’agence MORENO qui s'occupe de beaucoup de résidences en location, décalée pour l'état des lieux à cause du changement d'heure de votre départ. RIEN N’ÉTAIT OBLIGATOIRE, vous n’avez pas été forcé, vous avez accepté, vous pouviez partir à l’heure prévu au contrat.
Je suis désolé pour tout cela, mais tenais à vous répondre sur les points de votre mécontentement.
