The house is independent and 80 meters from the beach. On the ground floor there is the garden (barbecue, outdoor shower) with the possibility to park the car in the grounds.

There are three bedrooms, one double, one with a bunk bed and the other with two single beds; bathroom with shower; kitchen, living room and veranda.
