Edge of town so easy to hike to woods and secluded areas along coast. 5 minute walk to tourist center of town but in a very quiet residential area. Washing machine was a nice bonus. Alex very helpful, gave me a ride from the bus, helped me make travel arrangements for when I left. I also left some things when I moved on, which he graciously sent to my home. Good recommendations for restaurants. L'Escala is pretty full of tourists, but walking towards the Greek/Roman Ruins is very nice and not crowded at all, and ruins are quite interesting. Lots of water things to do as well.
9 of us came over for a holiday and to go to FIB. We couldn't of asked for better weather. The Villa was so spacious and housed us all comfortably. The help from the renter was above and beyond and I would recommend this villa to everyone, from family's to friends as there is so much space. It is a short drive from shops and a very short walk away from some great restaurants and bars. The pool is rigth at the back door and if you love the sun there is plenty to be had in the sun terraces at the front and back of the property. Alcossebre is a beautiful place and getting there from Reus is so easy if you get a transfer (orca services are great!). We slept so well in the villa as it was so peaceful. We will defiantly go back again for a holiday there as it was so much more than we had expected. All the facilities in the house made life so much easier and it is great value for money. All 9 of us came home knowing that we would go back and rent this villa again.
Beautiful place to spend holidays, with a view of the pool, garden and sea. And everything you need/can have is available directly nearby. Too bad the pool closes at the end of September!

Very good holiday spent in this accommodation. We lived 100% outside (morning, noon and evening). The outdoor kitchen is a real plus. The location is ideal and quiet. The accommodation is very well equipped, with quality appliances, very good bedding. It is also very well maintained and clean. The view and access to the canal is great. The major asset remains the swimming pool! However, the lack of air conditioning upstairs (bedroom) is very penalizing despite the presence of ceiling fans and a mobile air conditioning unit (very/too noisy). Note that the bed in the second bedroom is a convertible sofa (with good bedding). Communication with Annie went smoothly. To do again without hesitation if air conditioning is added upstairs
Très bonnes vacances passées dans ce logement. Nous avons vécu 100% dehors (matin, midi et soir). La cuisine extérieure est un vrai plus.
L'emplacement est idéal et au calme.
Le logement est très bien équipé, avec des appareils de qualité, une très bonne literie. Il est également très bien entretenu et propre. La vue et accès au canal est top. L'atout majeur reste la piscine!
Néanmoins la non présence de climatisation à l'étage (chambre) est très pénalisante malgré la présence de ventilateurs de plafond et d'une climatisation mobile (très/trop bruyante). A noter que le lit de la deuxième chambre est un canapé convertible (avec une bonne literie).
La communication avec Annie s'est faite sans problème.
A refaire sans hésiter si ajout de la climatisation à l'étage
Fourth stay for us in this apartment, well equipped and always very clean. Close to the sea and shops. We are already thinking of coming back, we can only recommend this rental again.

At Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni it was nice to fall asleep lulled by the sound of the surf and wake up with the lapping of the waves. Unforgettable were the relaxing evening walks on the shoreline since the beach was practically just outside the front door. If we then add the possibility of attending shows, musical events and recreational activities in the play area, we feel like packing our bags and returning to the seaside as soon as possible, in the well-organized, clean and welcoming villa just a stone's throw from the waves, which hosted us in September. And last but not least, thanks to the owners Licio and Enza, exquisite people, hospitable, available but discreet, ready to intervene in case of need. A beautiful holiday! Mara and Mario
A Villa Conchiglia di Rosamarina di Ostuni è stato bello addormentarsi cullati dal suono della risacca e svegliarsi con lo sciabordio delle onde. Indimenticabili le rilassanti passeggiate serali sulla battigia poiché la spiaggia era praticamente appena fuori l’uscio di casa.
Se aggiungiamo poi la possibilità di assistere a spettacoli, eventi musicali e le attività ludiche nell’area giochi ci torna la voglia di fare le valigie e tornare al mare al più presto, nella villetta ben organizzata negli spazi, pulita ed accogliente a due passi dalle onde, che ci ha ospitato in settembre.
Ed infine, ma in cima a tutto, un grazie ai proprietari Licio ed Enza, persone squisite, ospitali, disponibili ma discreti, pronti ad intervenire in caso di necessità.

D. Matilde is very friendly and helpful. He gave us information about places to visit. The apartment is as described. The pool is nice, however, the adults' section is only for those who know how to swim. We hope to return.

Hello, We stayed in this wonderful accommodation for a week. Sylvie's property is beautifully situated with a great sea view. The house was very clean and comfortably furnished. We also enjoyed the small but very pretty pool. Sylvie is a very warm host and is always available for questions and requests. I will definitely recommend the holiday home.

Wir haben auch den kleinen aber sehr hübschen Pool genossen. Sylvie ist eine sehr herzliche Gastgeberin und jederzeit für Fragen und Wünsche erreichbar. Das Ferienhaus werde ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Incredible stay in a super well located apartment, super clean, with everything you need for a perfect vacation! Super friendly, attentive and dedicated owner who has made our stay super comfortable, pleasant and perfect. The views from the apartment are spectacular! We couldn't believe we were in Salou! In front of the apartment there is a cove (Cala Crans) which is only accessible in 5 minutes on foot (by stairs) and is super pretty and clean. There is a lot of vegetation, pine trees, you can walk and go to a lighthouse (surroundings) and a coastal path that is really spectacular at sunset. You can see almost the entire Costa Dorada from the apartment terrace! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Very pleasant stay in Les Issambres, beautiful apartment, well laid out with a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. Very friendly owners. We highly recommend. The residence's snack bar is very good, access to beaches and shops on foot. We will come back with pleasure.

Great experience, the apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Equipped with all the comforts you might need for a vacation, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning,? The complex where it is located is very comfortable, with parking and a supermarket. The beach of Cala Tarida is about ten minutes away along an uphill road. The communication with the owner and the girl who is on site were great, highly recommended. Thanks for the nice holiday

Il complesso in cui si trova e’ molto comodo, dotato di parcheggi e supermercato. La spiaggia di Cala Tarida si trova ad una decina di minuti percorrendo una strada in salita.
La comunicazione con il proprietario e la ragazza che si trova in loco sono sono stati ottimi, molto consigliato. Grazie per la bella vacanza
Apartment located in a quiet area in Cap Salou with private pool and cove below. Very well equipped and well decorated. It has everything you need for 3/4 people. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. Private parking space which is an advantage in Salou. The owner is very kind and helpful and as a little extra she speaks French which is not insignificant for French-speaking tourists. She is a very friendly and elegant woman. We spent a wonderful fortnight in Spain. To do again with your eyes closed. Thank you Maria José.
Appartement situé au calme à Cap Salou avec piscine privative et crique en contrebas. Très bien équipé et bien décoré. Il dispose de tout ce qui est nécessaire pour 3/4 personnes. La vue du balcon est époustouflante. Place de parking privée ce qui est un avantage à Salou. La propriétaire est très gentille et serviable et petit plus elle parle français ce qui n'est pas négligeable pour des touristes francophones. C'est une femme très sympathique et élégante. Nous avons passé une quinzaine superbe en Espagne. A refaire les yeux fermés. Merci Maria José.
