This house has recently been redecorated and refurbished! An open great room has a living area, dining area and kitchen - all which look out to the ocean across the street. The master bedroom faces the ocean across the street. It has a king bed and a private bathroom. There are two other bedrooms: one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds. The second bathroom is a shared and available to the common area. The 4th bedroom is in a loft with 2 twins. In addition to sleeping eight adults, a crib is now provided in the house. **Drive under carport provides ample covered parking for four cars and a hot/cold shower to wash away beach sand.** Bikes and Kayaks belong to owners and are not for guest use. **Gas grill provided on the upstairs deck. It is your responsibility to clean the grill after each use.** DOG FRIENDLY - One Dog under 40 pounds is permitted at this property with pet fee and acceptance of Fernandina Beach Realty's Pet policy and a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Cats are not Permitted.
