A votre départ la maison devra nous être restituée dans l'état ou vous l'avez trouvée à votre arrivée. Dans le cas contraire la caution ne vous sera pas restituée en totalité.

Un acompte de 30% à la réservation de la location est demandé, le solde de la location vous sera demandée 15 jours avant votre arrivée.
