Une caution hébergement de 200€ par chèque non encaissé sera demandée à la réservation, rendue au départ.
Caution ménage: 50 € en espèces à l'arrivée.
Ménage à charge locataire (matériel et produits à disposition). Caution rendue après état des lieux sortant.
Animaux acceptés après entente préalable.
Réservation et remise des clés directement par le propriétaire.
Un contrat de location sera établi.
La location est bloquée à réception du versement du chèque de réservation.

Small extra: Secured residence (badge or digicode). In addition = very well located at 200 m from the baladoir along the seafront.
The accommodation is simple but has all you need for the holidays. We found it quite clean and pleasant.
