The apartment is located on the 4th and top floor (with elevator). With an area of 90 sqm (including loggia), it is very comfortable and offers a wide view over the sea

2) 2 single beds (can be joined to make a very large double bed), big closet, chest of drawers (folding into a changing table), and a shower
3) bunk beds + pull-out bed (sleeping 3), chest of drawers

Loggia of 25 sqm (windows can be open or closed) where you'll have your meals with an amazing view over the sea. The loggia also has a seating area.

Cet appartement traversant est situé au 4ème et dernier étage (avec ascenseur). D'une surface de 90 m² (incluant la loggia fermée) et très confortable, il offre une large vue imprenable sur la mer.

1) lit de 140, commode, TV écran plat, vue mer
2) 2 lits de 90 (pouvant être accolés pour former un grand lit de 180), grand placard, commodes et séparatif avec la 2e salle de douche-lavabo.
3) lits superposés avec lit gigogne (=3 couchages), commode
- Salle de bain avec douche et pare-douche, et meuble sous vasque
- WC séparé
- Cuisine entièrement équipée ouverte sur le salon-séjour. Lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, plaques vitrocéramiques, cafetière, micro-ondes, four, grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur, et petit réfrigérateur d’appoint.
- Le salon-séjour comprend une table (avec allonge), un canapé, une TV à écran plat avec lecteur de DVD.
- Le séjour ouvre sur une loggia fermée de 25 m² (possibilité d’ouvrir ou de fermer les fenêtres), dans laquelle vous prendrez vos repas, avec une superbe vue sur la mer. La loggia dispose également d’un coin salon.

We did not encounter any problem in this rental except for sewer odors

The apartment is in excellent condition, very well equipped with large rooms and a very pleasant stay. It also has a beautiful terrace with large windows with view over the sea is perfect to eat there and finish the evening with children.
The location is at the beach with a beautiful private pool for residents (closed in April but open in summer).
We had very good contacts with the owners who also answered all our questions before our stay.
The location is also perfect for activities such walks or cycling, tennis, aquatic center, tree climbing and of course enjoy the beach and the sea ..
This rental has had no reviews with less than 4 out of 5 and there have been no complaints.
