Super complete apartment, within a condominium with swimming pool, indoor pool, and a pastry shop. The location is excellent! It is just a few meters from the beach and the property itself is very well decorated and comfortable with everything we need for our vacation. Marlene's friendliness and availability is remarkable. A breathtaking view no day is the same if you like falling asleep to the sound of the waves this rental is made for you. The apartment is very clean, the bathroom is very nice, what more can I say, everything is perfect ? and the owners are very friendly with good advice.

Second time we have rented this very pleasant studio due to its location in the center of Biarritz with a magnificent view of the ocean. This rental is well equipped and quiet. Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on the availability of the person responsible for reception. A municipal car park is located in the basement of the residence which is appreciable. To recommend !
Deuxième fois que nous louons ce studio très agréable de part sa localisation dans le centre de Biarritz avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Cette location est bien équipée et calme. Les heures d'arrivée et de départ sont modulables en fonction des disponibilités de la personne chargée de l'accueil. Un parking municipal est situé au sous-sol de la résidence ce qui est appréciable. A recommander !

I deal with the owner who is very friendly, polite and makes everything easy. Apartment very well located, beachfront and you can walk to all places, very central. Corresponds to what was advertised and well equipped. Highly recommended.

Very nice apartment, well laid out and nicely decorated, located in the center of Biarritz, above the main beach. The view is breathtaking from the Rocher de la Vierge to the lighthouse via the Grand Palais (personally, I shed a tear it was so beautiful). Direct access from the elevator to the large beach and the many walks along the coast. Convenient parking nearby. Quite simply, we loved it.
Très bel appartement, bien agencé et joliment décoré, situé au centre de Biarritz, au-dessus de la grande plage.
La vue est à couper le souffle du Rocher de la Vierge jusqu'au phare en passant par le Grand Palais (personnellement, j'ai versé une larme tellement c'était beau).
Accès direct de l'ascenseur vers la grande plage et les nombreuses ballades le long du littoral.
Parking pratique à proximité.
Tout simplement, on a adoré.
Perfect stay in this very pleasant studio, very well equipped and so nicely decorated. The view from the balcony is just magnificent from the Rocher de la Vierge to the lighthouse and the sunsets are sublime. The owners are welcoming and available. The plus: a parking space at the bottom of the building which avoids many inconveniences because it is difficult to park in this beautiful city of Biarritz. We will be back soon and will recommend this rental to our friends.
Séjour parfait dans ce studio tellement agréable très bien équipé et si joliment décoré. La vue du balcon est juste magnifique du Rocher de la Vierge au phare et les couchers de soleil sont sublimes.
Les propriétaires sont accueillants et disponibles. Le plus : une place de parking au bas de l'immeuble qui évite bien des désagréments car difficile de stationner dans cette belle ville de Biarritz.

The description and the photos correspond to reality, and the view from the magnificent balcony of the rock of the Virgin at the lighthouse. The owners are adorable.
