The main quality of this apartment is its immediate proximity to the beach. The nearby underground parking is also essential in August. The rooms are very small and could do with a bit of updating, but the living room is pleasant and well laid out. The open kitchen is small but complete. Perhaps it could do with a bit more crockery. The lift is a nice touch. Ideal for a holiday with small children.

Les chambres sont fort petites et mériteraient un rafraîchissement , mais le living est agréable et l’ensemble bien agencé. La cuisine ouverte est petite mais complète. Peut être faudrait-il un peu plus de vaisselle. L’ascenseur est appréciable. Idéal pour des vacances avec des petits enfants.

Fabulous location! The house is perfect. Air conditioning, super fast Internet, garden with everything you could want: table, chairs, deckchairs and umbrella. There are also beach chairs: very comfortable. The mattresses are clean and very comfortable. The water jet in the shower is perfect. The bar next door is very convenient. At the entrance a jet of water to rinse your feet full of sea sand. A wonderful place with a megaaaaaa cool host :). Suitable for families and groups of friends. We will return. Posizione favolosa ! La casetta è perfetta . Aria condizionata, Internet super veloce, giardino con tutto quello che si può desiderare: tavolo , sedie, sdrai e ombrellone . Ci sono anche le sedioline da mare : comodissime. I materassi sono puliti e molto comodi. Il getto dell’acqua nella doccia è perfetto. Il bar accanto comodissimo. All’entrata un getto d’acqua per risciacquare i piedi pieni di sabbia del mare. Un posto meraviglioso con una host megaaaaaa cool :) . Adatto a famiglie e gruppi di amici. Noi torneremo. Excellent stay, the apartment is very pleasant on the first floor, ideal for a week. Menton is close, as are Italy and Monaco. I highly recommend this apartment, especially as the owner is particularly friendly.

The house is in a wonderful location - under the Cap Gris Nez - you can always look out over the water. And it is also in a beautiful location. All the places between the capes can be reached quickly by car, and if you like hiking, you will be staying right on the coastal hiking trail. The house is ideal for 10 people. Das Haus liegt ganz wunderbar gelegen - unter dem Cap Gris Nez - man kann immer schön aufs Wasser schauen. Und hat auch sonst eine schöne Lage. Alle Orte zwischen den Caps sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen, und, wer gerne wandert, hier wohnt man direkt am Küstenwanderweg. Das Haus ist super geeignet für 10 Personen. Es gab genug Platz für alle.

Second time we have rented this very pleasant studio due to its location in the center of Biarritz with a magnificent view of the ocean. This rental is well equipped and quiet. Arrival and departure times are flexible depending on the availability of the person responsible for reception. A municipal car park is located in the basement of the residence which is appreciable. To recommend !
Deuxième fois que nous louons ce studio très agréable de part sa localisation dans le centre de Biarritz avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Cette location est bien équipée et calme. Les heures d'arrivée et de départ sont modulables en fonction des disponibilités de la personne chargée de l'accueil. Un parking municipal est situé au sous-sol de la résidence ce qui est appréciable. A recommander !
