The setting of the property is outstanding - on a hill surrounded by fields and woodland. Close to Sarlat, a ten-minute drive, the location is well away from the road, so there is no traffic noise and so the experience is one of peace and quiet.
We had access to the swimming pool, shared with one other rental property on the site, and there are some lovely walks across the fields and into the woodlands.
Xavier the owner is very friendly and the arrangements for our stay were well cared for. The booking process itself was very smooth.
The furnishings in the property are basic but the layout of the property inside is generous with a large reception room and dining table in the kitchen, plus tables to enjoy eating al fresco on both sides of the property so that one could have both breakfast and our evening meal in the sun!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Nice and well-equipped little cabin. Perfect swimming pool. Perfect for relaxing in the evening between two hikes. Nice little town without the hustle and bustle of Cassis or Marseille while remaining nearby. Very correct owners. I highly recommend ++

Incredible stay in a super well located apartment, super clean, with everything you need for a perfect vacation! Super friendly, attentive and dedicated owner who has made our stay super comfortable, pleasant and perfect. The views from the apartment are spectacular! We couldn't believe we were in Salou! In front of the apartment there is a cove (Cala Crans) which is only accessible in 5 minutes on foot (by stairs) and is super pretty and clean. There is a lot of vegetation, pine trees, you can walk and go to a lighthouse (surroundings) and a coastal path that is really spectacular at sunset. You can see almost the entire Costa Dorada from the apartment terrace! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!!

Hay mucha vegetación, pinos, se puede pasear e ir hasta un faro (alrededores) Y un camino de ronda que es realmente espectacular al atardecer
¡Se ve casi toda la costa Dorada desde la terraza de apartamento!

Rental consistent with the description and very clean. It is located a few minutes from the ocean and quiet. Very friendly welcome from the owners, without forgetting the thoughtful attentions reserved for tenants. Well maintained (which is very rare) and fenced land where our little dogs ? had a great vacation. If you want to discover the Vendée, this is the ideal place. I recommend this rental.
Location conforme à la description et très propre. Elle est située à quelques minutes de l'océan et au calme.
Accueil des propriétaires très sympathique, sans oublier les délicates attentions réservées aux locataires.
Terrain bien entretenu (ce qui est très rare) et clôturé où nos petits chiens 🐕 ont passé de très bonnes vacances.
Si vous voulez découvrir la Vendée, c'est le lieu idéal.

Very very good accommodation. Kitchen. Bathroom. Bedrooms, bedding. Nothing to complain about, very good. I would rate it 10/10. I recommend this accommodation 100%. On the other hand, if I were the owner, I would refuse tenants with a dog because the accommodation is spotless. The owners are very attentive. The person who was there to hand over the keys was really very nice.
Logement très très bien. Cuisine. salle de bain. Chambres literie. Rien à redire très bien. Je noterai 10/10 . Je recommande à 100% ce logement. Par contre si j'étais le propriétaire je refuserai les locataires avec un chien car le logement est nickel.. Les propriétaires sont très à l'écoute. La personne qui était présente pour la remise des clés a été vraiment très gentil.

After being welcomed by the owner we took possession of the apartment located on the first floor of a small collective 10 minutes walk from the center of the village. Particularly well equipped with plenty of storage, a flowered balcony offering a clear view of the swimming pool and the valley, parking nearby, nearby hiking trails or others easily accessible by car or cable car, this rental allows you to have a real vacation base. And the swimming pool is always very pleasant after a day of walking. The animation of the village is there to complete the vacation.
Après avoir été accueilli par le propriétaire nous avons pris possession de l'appartement situé au premier étage d'un petit collectif à 10 minutes à pied du centre du village. Particulièrement bien équipée avec de nombreux rangements, un balcon fleuri offrant une vue dégagée sur la piscine et la vallée, un parking à proximité, des départs de randonnées proches ou d'autres accessibles facilement en voiture ou téléphérique, cette location permet d'avoir une vrai base de vacances. Et la piscine est toujours bien agréable après une journée de marche. L'animation du village est là pour compléter les vacances.
It was really lovely! We hope we can come back again. The facilities were excellent! Towels and bed linen were provided and the kitchen was also very well equipped. It was very clean and very quiet. A very high relaxation factor is guaranteed!

I found the property very tranquil, relaxing and peaceful. It's paradise and would be a great place to reconnect with yourself. The gardens are beautiful , a real labour of love and the dogs made great company and were adorable.
Ezia is a wonderful hostess and is always there for you if you need anything. I would hope to return in the future.

We rented the apartment for 15 days and are completely delighted with it. Its location is great, from the balcony it offers a beautiful view of the sea and the pool as well as the castle of Peñiscola. The apartment is at the end of the corridor, no traffic, no noise... The duplex is a very appreciable plus. The apartment is complete, everything is provided, it is well maintained. As for Patrick, special mention... he is available, accommodating, pleasant, it is with pleasure that we will rent again!!!
Nous avons loué l’appartement pour 15 Jours et sommes pleinement ravis de celui-ci. Son emplacement est top, du balcon, il offre une belle vue sur la mer et la piscine ainsi que le château de Peñiscola.
L’appartement est en bout de couloir, pas de passage, ni de bruits…
Le duplex est un plus très appréciable. L’appartement est complet, tout est fourni, il est bien entretenu.
Quand à Patrick, mention spéciale… il est disponible, arrangeant, agréable, c’est avec plaisir que nous relouerons !!!
