This private and luxurious 4-Bedroom 3 Bathroom Town Home with a splash pool just 5.7 miles from Disney World. This spacious 1990 square foot furnished, and tastefully decorated vacation home includes with an open floor plan.
This vacation home was designed with a multi-generation family in mind—a place to come together under one roof and enjoy the comforts of a home-away-from-home while experiencing Orlando attractions. We've also hosted other couples for "snow-bird" retreats, had "girl's weekend" and have had family friends join us for all or part of our stay. Guests have done the same, and we've also hosted a group of contractors here on business; coach's, cheerleaders, and athletes in town for marathons or tournaments; convention attendees; cancer survivors enjoying a magical Disney week; and families from all over the world who want to have the many comforts and privacy of a new, designer-decorated home, located close to Disney World, but on a quiet lane.
When you enter the home, you'll feel the cool comfort of the tastefully decorated home. The first floor has an open floor plan that allows for families to gather. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a breakfast bar, and a chandeliered dining area.
The main floor living room includes a large flat screen television and a Smart DVD player (cable and Wi-Fi connected to use services such as Hulu, Netflix, Amazon, etc). Walk out the sliding doors to a large furnished deck to enjoy the screened-In Private Splash Pool and a Covered Lanai. The entire deck is screen enclosed. The deck allows you to relax after a busy day to the hum of crickets and gentle breezes while you enjoy icy drinks and a dip in the cool (or heated) pool.
All bedrooms have a television with cable access, ceiling fans, spacious closets, dressers, and very comfortable beds. There's also a laundry room with ironing equipment upstairs.
There's a Queen master bedroom and ensuite conveniently located on the main level. Upstairs has another King master bedroom with an ensuite bath, one bedroom with two twin beds, and a Queen bedroom. There is a shared bathroom upstairs.
While enjoying your vacation, you will never be far from home with free internet access and free local, long distance and International Calls!

We prioritize your well-being by ensuring a pest-free environment through regular treatments by a licensed pest control company. Additionally, the pool/spa is meticulously maintained by a licensed pool technician on a weekly basis, guaranteeing a pristine oasis for relaxation and recreation.
This home complies with all hygiene and safety regulations required by the State of Florida. This home has been inspected and licensed by the Department of Business and Professional Regulation (DBPR), Division of Hotels and Restaurants.

The home is in the new Resort of Storey Lake, which has varied indoor and outdoor amenities as well as excellent security features for resort guests. The resort is ideally located right off Osceola Parkway in Kissimmee with easy access to the major attractions, Disney World, Universal Studios & SeaWorld. Spectacular outlet shopping is minutes away and two of the top 10 outlet malls in the country are nearby. Any type of dining you desire, from popular chain restaurants to fine dining are a quick drive from the resort.
Tucked away in the resort is The Hideaway Club featuring a resort style pool and lazy river, two water slides and a huge kid splash park. Kayak rentals are available for relaxing on the lake surrounding the resort. The family will love the 9-hole mini golf course and sand volleyball courts. The fitness center offers state-of-the-art equipment and is open for extended hours for our guests. Enjoy the full liquor bar at the outdoor Tiki bar while ordering your favorite food poolside. Save room for ice cream sundaes from the poolside Ice Cream shop.

This home is in one of the closest resorts to Disney World (within 5 miles of all Disney Attractions), located right off Osceola Parkway which has many restaurants, grocery and retail shopping, pharmacies, services, golf courses, sports goods stores, and tourist souvenir shops. Within minutes of the home, there is Target, Ross, TJ Maxx, Walmart, several Publix Grocery Stores, Walgreens, and many delicious fast food and fine dining restaurants. There is easy access several major roads that take you to a variety of Orlando attractions, like Legoland, Sea World, and Universal Orlando. Beaches (on either coast) are about an hour and half away.

This Villa is a private home for short term rental and is not a hotel with concierge service. The home is considered Self-Catering. All bedding and linens are provided as well as the basics to get you started on a great vacation. You will need to provide food, condiments, toiletries, and cleaning supplies you may require during stay. Each home is equipped with a washer and dryer for your use.
Cleaning fee applies for stays of less than 7 nights. Mid-stay cleaning services are available at an extra charge. Pool/spa heat is an extra $35 per night and must be requested and paid for no later than 7 days before your arrival.
