This is a fantastic property for groups with two separate living areas room for everyone to relax. Perfect Location for town and slopes. The hosts were great and made us feel very welcome.

Beautiful and large house set on the mountainside overlooking the Tyranean Sea. The house is well equipped and has plenty of space for multiple families (we had my family of five plus five additional adults...10 in total). With wifi, pool, and several large outside areas to lounge and enjoy the spectacular seaviews. Getting to the house from Sperlonga is a bit of a trek (15 min up the mountainside), but it's worth the drive.

It is a little paradise, we felt very comfortable here with two families and children. We had enough space and everything you needed to provide for your needs was there. The garden as well as the large swimming pool, which the children loved to use, were particularly beautiful. The two hosts are really very charming and hospitable. The accommodation is close to the beach and the promenade, which is very convenient but still in an idyllic and quiet location. We highly recommend it and can imagine coming back.
C'est un petit paradis, nous nous sommes sentis très à l'aise ici avec deux familles et enfants. Nous avions suffisamment d'espace et tout ce dont vous aviez besoin pour subvenir à vos besoins était là. Le jardin ainsi que la grande piscine, que les enfants aimaient utiliser, étaient particulièrement beaux. Les deux hôtes sont vraiment très charmants et hospitaliers. Le logement est proche de la plage et de la promenade, ce qui est très pratique mais toujours dans un endroit idyllique et calme. Nous le recommandons vivement et pouvons imaginer revenir.
I highly recommend this rental. The villa is very nice: lots of space and very bright. It is very clean. The surroundings are nice: lots of nice little restaurants and many walks to do in the area.

The reception was very warm. There were several motorcyclists and a car. The house and garden are very well maintained and the location is perfect for trips to Alsace and the Vosges. The house is very well equipped, the kitchen is fully equipped and everything is very clean! The wood stove in the living room gives off great warmth, and there is also plenty of seating in the winter garden. We would love to come back!!!

Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt, die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge ins Elsass und in die Vogesen.
Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, in der Küche fehlt es an nichts und alles sehr sauber!
Der Holzofen im Wohnzimmer gibt eine tolle Wärme ab, zusätzlich stehen im Wintergarten genügend Sitzmöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!!!

There were 14 of us who discovered this place and it was a delight for everyone. The outdoor space, the greenery, the flowers, the swimming pool as well as the welcoming house itself, full of rooms and beautiful meeting spaces, we liked everything. We had our meals under the arbor, we swam, rested, a real pleasure!
Nous étions 14 à découvrir ce lieu et cela a été un enchantement pour chacun. L'espace à l'extérieur, la verdure, les fleurs, la piscine aussi bien que la maison elle-même accueillante, pleine de chambres et de beaux espaces de rencontres, tout nous a plu. Nous avons pris nos repas sous la tonnelle, nous sommes baignés, reposés, un vrai bonheur!

We were delighted with our stay in this beautiful house. Everything is very well thought out and equipped. The cleanliness and facilities are impeccable. The pétanque court, table football, darts and table tennis table also available are real assets for the time spent with our children aged 6 and 11. The view from the terrace of the house is superb and allows you to enjoy the beauty of the bay below, providing a permanent change of scenery. Thanks again to Etienne for his kindness, his responsiveness, his practical advice on site, his professionalism which in every way contributed to the extremely smooth and relaxing progress of our stay.
Nous avons été ravis de notre séjour dans cette très belle maison. Tout y est très bien pensé et équipé. La propreté et les équipements sont irréprochables. La piste de pétanque, le baby-foot, les fléchettes ainsi que la table de tennis de table également mis à disposition sont de réels atouts pour le temps passé avec nos enfants de 6 et 11 ans. La vue de la terrasse de la maison est superbe et permet de profiter de la beauté de la baie en contrebas procurant un dépaysement permanent.

Pretty house, ideally located near the beaches of Ametlla de mar. Very pleasant swimming pool, perfectly maintained, with all around dining area, relaxation, plus the outdoor shower and barbecue. Clean interior, sufficient comfort and equipment, mosquito nets and air conditioning. On the other hand, rather for 8: 4 bedrooms. We were well received by Raul and the day of departure went perfectly with his dad. Thank you both for the exchanges and advice. Highly recommended, the country is beautiful. We spent a dream vacation as a family, 3 generations!
Jolie maison, idéalement placée près des plages d'Ametlla de mar. Piscine très agréable, parfaitement entretenue, avec tout autour coin repas, détente, le plus la douche extérieure et le barbecue.
Intérieur propre, confort et équipement suffisant, moustiquaires et climatisation. Par contre plutôt pour 8 : 4 chambres. Nous avons été bien accueilli par Raul et le jour du départ c'est parfaitement passé avec son papa.
