Le séjour est largement ouvert sur la véranda et par trois grandes portes. Cette villa est conçue pour vivre l’extérieur. Surface habitable 105 m ². 4 ou 5 voitures trouvent facilement place dans son parking intérieur. La cuisine est bien équipée et aussi ouverte sur la véranda. Trois chambres climatisées (anti-acariens, anti-pollens, munies de lits pour couples avec moustiquaire. La mezzanine n'est pas climatisée mais est équipée d'un lit deux places et d'un lit gigogne deux places. La villa propose donc trois chambres privatives climatisées + une mezzanine. Le séjour très spacieux, comprend un coin salon avec un canapé lit gigogne deux places, des berceuses, le bar roulant qui va et vient de la véranda au séjour, un coin repas avec une table facile à déplacer, et beaucoup d’espace. Il y a une salle de bains et une salle d’eau chacune avec W.C. Et bien d'autres équipements.
