During your stay, you will have complete and exclusive access to the entire home. The home & all of its amenities are either inside of the home itself, or on a private, fully-fenced backyard.
Our home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood. We ask that you please respect our neighbors by observing the quiet hours between 10pm- 9am. We stress the importance of keeping our neighborhood quiet & safe for all of our guests & neighbors.
It offers wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. The property is only 19 km from John's Pass, 19 km from Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk and 24 km from Chihuly Collection. Tropicana Field is 25 km from the accommodation, while St. Pete Pier is 25 km away. The nearest airport is St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, 7 km from the property.
Just a heads up: the property is right across a busy street and can be noisy at times.
Parking can accommodate up to (2) vehicles in the driveway parked side to side, and up to (1) vehicle on the street in front of the property (not guaranteed).

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather we do not advise using the pool. The pool gets serviced weekly. Please note that, after it rains, there may be some debris that wash off the screen and into the pool, which may cause it appear slightly discolored.
Please be reminded that check-out time is 10AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Kindly keep in mind that late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. We appreciate your understanding!
