a covered patio. Additional space includes two King master suites and a

everyone in your family with 2 King bedrooms, 1 Queen bedrooms and 1
twin bedroom and 1 bunkben room with twin on top and full on bottom.

Solterra Resort is a planned community of purpose built homes designed
for use as family vacation homes consisting of 4 -15 bedroom homes to
accommodate small and large groups.
There will be an access fee for utilizing the clubhouse facilities. The
access fee will be a single charge per stay and will be as follows:
* For groups of up to 12 guests: $35
* For groups of 13 or more guests: $45
Please note that this fee is required to be settled directly at the
resort. To facilitate this, we kindly request that you use credit cards
or debit cards for payment; unfortunately, cash will not be accepted
for this transaction. Additionally, to ensure a seamless check-in
process for all guests arriving at the community, we kindly ask that
you have the following information readily available:
* The rental property address.
* Check in and check out date and Number of guests.
* Identification that matches the reservation name.
* License plate information for the primary vehicle.
