Our weekly prices range from 250 – 1500 Euros, daily prices from 40 – 120 Euros, according to apartment type and season. Bike rental on request. Bed and bath linen only on request, 30 euros per bedroom/week. Included in the price: water, electricity and gas consumption. Final cleaning fee: 50 euros.
I recommend everyone this apartment also given the cheap price ... the house is located in a position where you can enjoy the charming landscape of the Maremma, far from town, great place to relax with its huge garden ... The beach is located 900m ... a bit tiring to walk back, but very comfortable in the car ... Castiglione Della Pescaia only 6 km!
PS: I'll leave very happy 3 tips if you accept that you will not regret: 1 MANDATORY taste the ice cream in the ice cream Castiglione Corradini, for me ONLY; 2 go to Cala Violina, a few kilometers from there, a 25 minute walk but believe me it is worth it ... nothing to envy to Sardinia; 3 Spend an evening dinner at the Farm The Attortellati Grosseto ... 25 min from Castiglione ... Look for on the internet and you will find all the details possible!
