In the open concept living space you can find a comfortable Queen Sized Pullout Couch and Smart TV ready for you to entertain. The kitchen is complete with new stainless steel appliances, a Brita water filter and a Keurig Coffee station stocked with a complimentary starter supply of coffee! The primary bedroom features a Queen Sized Bed with the aforementioned Purple Restore mattress, and the secondary bedroom features a Twin Sized Bed. Just outside the upgraded bathroom you'll find brand new compact laundry machines stocked with a starter supply of laundry soap and dryer sheets.

- PETS: We allow 1 pet per apartment. Our pet fee is $15/night, charged after the reservation is booked. We expect all owners to pick up after their pets and supply their own waste bags. Any damages caused by your animal will result in additional fees.
- SMOKING: smoking is strictly prohibited in the unit and on the property grounds. Smoking will result in a $500 fine
- Please note that there are long term tenants that reside on this property and some do have pets
- Pull Out Bed Sheets are located in the built-in shelves next to the laundry machines.

Hyde Park is a very walkable neighborhood but there are self-service bicycles available for rent on Bayshore Boulevard. There are also electric scooters for rent in the area via any of the scooter rental apps. (Bird, Uber, Lime, etc.) If you are planning on exploring the Tampa Bay Area, there are many car rental storefronts at the airport and in the surrounding area! Tampa has a plethora of street parking, garage parking and pay by app parking.
