Owner was very helpful arranging for a taxi when we arrived. Apartment was in good condition and the view from the terrace was amazing. The walk up to the apartment from the town can be a bit hard if you have lots to carry, although once you find the steps it's not so bad. Even my two-year-old son managed to walk all the way one evening. Levanto is very nice, a little larger and less busy than the Cinque Terre villages, and gelato is cheaper!
The main quality of this apartment is its immediate proximity to the beach. The nearby underground parking is also essential in August. The rooms are very small and could do with a bit of updating, but the living room is pleasant and well laid out. The open kitchen is small but complete. Perhaps it could do with a bit more crockery. The lift is a nice touch. Ideal for a holiday with small children.
La principale qualité de cet appartement est sa proximité immédiate de la plage. Le parking souterrain proche est également indispensable en août.
Les chambres sont fort petites et mériteraient un rafraîchissement , mais le living est agréable et l’ensemble bien agencé. La cuisine ouverte est petite mais complète. Peut être faudrait-il un peu plus de vaisselle. L’ascenseur est appréciable. Idéal pour des vacances avec des petits enfants.
The apartment is completely renovated, equipped with everything you need, very welcoming and very clean. The location is excellent: private road so very quiet with a view of the greenery. The owners are very kind and helpful, ready to meet the needs/requests of the guests, but at the same time discreet.
L’appartamento è completamente ristrutturato, dotato di tutto l’occorrente, molto accogliente e pulitissimo.
La posizione è ottimale: strada privata per cui silenziosissima con vista sul verde.
I proprietari sono molto gentili e disponibili, pronti a venire incontro alle esigenze/richieste degli ospiti, ma allo stesso tempo discreti.

Very well located accommodation, close to the train station to get to Barcelona and 3 minutes from the beach. The swimming pool is very well maintained and the residence very pleasant with on-site parking. Ideal accommodation for 5-6 people with quality bedding and air conditioning We had a great stay.

I found the property very tranquil, relaxing and peaceful. It's paradise and would be a great place to reconnect with yourself. The gardens are beautiful , a real labour of love and the dogs made great company and were adorable.
Ezia is a wonderful hostess and is always there for you if you need anything. I would hope to return in the future.

It was a wonderful holiday with Ezia. She is always there when you need her and is absolutely helpful. The pool and the whirlpool were always very clean and ideal for relaxing. The whole apartment was very, very clean. Nothing was missing. There was also a TV in every room, but you didn't need it because it was just so beautiful outside. The walk down took about 10 minutes and then you were right by the sea, in the shopping area and at the marina. The walk up is a bit strenuous, but there are buses and taxis. There are also good hourly train connections to France. All in all, a successful holiday. A big thank you to Ezia and a kiss to the three dogs who were really sweet.
Es war ein wunderbarer Urlaub bei Ezia.
Sie ist immer da wenn man sie braucht und absolut hilfsbereit. Der Pool und der Whirlpool war immer sehr sauber und zum relaxen ideal. Genauso wie die ganze Wohnung sehr, sehr sauber war. Es fehlte an nichts. Auch war in jedem Zimmer ein Fernseher, den man aber nicht brauchte, da es draußen einfach nur schön war.
Der Weg nach unten dauerte ca 10 min. Und dann war man schon direkt am Meer, in der Shoppingmeile und am Yachthafen. Der Weg nach oben ist ein bisschen anstrengend, aber es fahren Busse oder Taxis.
Auch hat man stündlich eine gute Zuganbindung nach Frankreich . Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub.
Ein großes Dankeschön an Ezia und ein Küsschen für die drei Hunde, die total lieb waren.
My husband and I have been coming to Sanremo for 8 years. For the last 3 of them we stayed with Ezia and we will definitely be coming back! The property is really great with a spectacular view, beautiful garden, big pool and spacious apartment. The apartment is equipped with everything you could ever need. Ezia is really friendly and helpful. When on vacation, we like to do a bit sightseeing. Thanks to Ezia, we discovered quite a few hidden gems both inside Sanremo as well as around it. The dogs are really cute and they love the attention, so we became good friends with them too. All in all, great place that we always are looking forward to come back to. Thank you Ezia, Gianmy, Sheila and Giudy for making our vacations extra nice!
We had an unforgettable stay in Annecy. Perfectly located to discover the beauty of the region. The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable. The terrace offered a view of the mountain, magnificent. We loved the many activities available nearby: bike rides around the lake, boat trips and paragliding. We highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Annecy.

Owner very responsive to email exchanges. Very nice and well designed accommodation. Located in the center but not noisy. Close to all shops. No need to use the vehicle. We had a great stay in Vieux Boucau les Bains.

We are completely satisfied with this rental. The apartment is spacious, clean, well laid out and very well equipped. The small garden and terrace are very pleasant too. The location is very convenient, close to shops and the beaches of the lake and the ocean. It is rather quiet as a bonus. Koldo and Monica were really responsive when we had a water heater problem and offered to stay longer as compensation. The messages we exchanged with them were always very friendly. So we are very satisfied with this rental and we hope to come back next time :)

L'appartement est spacieux, propre, bien agencé et très bien équipé. Le petit jardin et la terrasse sont très agréables aussi. L'emplacement est bien pratique, proche des commerces et des plages du lac et de l'océan. Il est plutôt calme en prime.
Koldo et Monica ont été vraiment réactifs lorsque nous avons eu un problème de chauffe-eau et nous ont proposé de rester plus longtemps en dédommagement. Les échanges par messages avec eux ont toujours été très sympathiques.
Donc nous sommes très satisfait de cette location et nous espérons y revenir une prochaine fois :)
All was very good. The apartment corresponded exactly to the description. The residential complex is very well maintained and the residents are friendly and respectful. Two places in the apartment are a little small (kitchen and shower), but that adds to its charm and we only keep good memories. Key collection was flexible and hassle-free and the keyless apartment door (with personal code) is very convenient. The apartment was very clean and well equipped. The city is not touristy, which we liked a lot. The beach may not be as picturesque as other places, but the proximity to Barcelona and other typical tourist spots leaves all options open.
Todo estuvo muy bien. El apartamento correspondía exactamente a la descripción. El complejo residencial está muy bien mantenido y los residentes son amables y respetuosos.
Dos lugares del apartamento son un poco pequeños (cocina y ducha), pero eso aumenta su encanto y solo guardamos buenos recuerdos.
La recogida de llaves fue flexible y sin problemas y la puerta del apartamento sin llave (con código personal) es muy práctica. El apartamento estaba muy limpio y bien equipado.
La ciudad no es turística, lo cual nos gustó mucho. Puede que la playa no sea tan pintoresca como otros lugares, pero la proximidad a Barcelona y otros lugares turísticos típicos deja todas las opciones abiertas.
My family and I went on holiday to this place for the first time, we had a great time, we really liked the place, and also the accommodation, spacious, airy and very convenient for reaching the beaches on foot. I recommend it, if it happens we would like to return.
Siamo andati in vacanza per la prima volta in questo posto io e la mia famiglia, ci siamo trovati benissimo, ci è piaciuto molto il posto, e anche l’alloggio, spazioso arieggiato e comodissimo per raggiungere le spiagge a piedi.
