We, three adults from New Zealand, stayed here for 9 nights October 2018. We had a fabulousl stay in this very modern apartment and Viviana and her son were very easy to communicate with. This is my second time staying with Viviana and we returned again to Viviana because she is such a wonderful person. The apartment was suitable for our needs with plenty of room. A kettle would be nice and maybe another pot but other than that, everything was fine. Location and transport is excellent. We had no problems navigating to Termini and to the Vatican and back. The market place is close by and is excellent for buying meat and veges and the little supermarket store was so close. Catching the Hop on Hop off bus was close too, 10 mins walking distance. There are also some great restaurants close by.

This is not the first time we have come and each time we have a great welcome. Upon arrival, we have things to eat and drink, which is absolutely not obligatory. We are returning in February without any worries. They are great hosts, you will not be disappointed.
Ce n'est pas la première fois que nous venons et à chaque fois on a un super accueil. Lors de l'arrivée, nous avons des choses à manger et à boire, ce qui n'est absolument pas obligé. Nous y retournons en février sans soucis. Ce sont des supers hôtes, vous ne serez pas déçus.
Apartment very well located to serve as a base for visiting Paris. All shops nearby. Urban transport at the foot of the building. No unpleasant surprises when taking possession, quite the contrary. If needed again, I will not hesitate to re-rent this apartment.

The apartment is quite centrally located and easy to reach by metro and bus. It is functional, clean and conveniently furnished and contains everything you need, for example to cook for yourself. The park is nearby, and restaurants and a supermarket are in the immediate vicinity. Ms. M. is extremely nice, friendly and helpful.
Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral gelegen und gut mit Metro und Bus zu erreichen. Sie ist funktionel, sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet und enthält alles was man benötigt, um z.Bsp. auch selbst zu kochen. In der Nähe befindet sich der Park, Gaststätten und Supermarkt sind in unmittelbarer Nähe.
Frau M. ist ausgesprochen nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.
The apartment is spacious, clean and functionally furnished. Everything you need is there to cook for yourself. From the 6th floor (there is an elevator) you have a view over the rooftops of the city. The transport connection to the metro is good and can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The park is very close, there is a supermarket just around the corner and there are restaurants on every corner. Ms. M. is extremely friendly, nice and helpful.
Die Wohnung ist geräumig, sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt, um auch selber kochen zu können. Vom 6 Stockwerk aus (Aufzug vorhanden) hat man einen Blick über die Dächer der Stadt. Die Verkehrsanbindung an die Metro ist gut und fussläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Park ist in unmittenbarer Nähe, Supermarkt gleich um die Ecke, Gaststätten an jeder Ecke.

I want to thank Adelina for her hospitality and kindness!! She was very attentive during our stay in Lisbon!! The apartment is very nice and everything is spotless, plus it is located in a very central area of Lisbon!! A very good experience, if I come back, I will contact Adelina again, without a doubt!!

Martine and Jacques are very welcoming, considerate and attentive hosts. Their house is very well located, it is spacious and very well equipped. It stays cool even when it is very hot outside, especially thanks to the air conditioning system. The exteriors are soothing, very pleasant and comfortable. We took full advantage of the summer terrace and the large swimming pool. A week of quiet vacation, enhanced by the song of the cicadas. We recommend !!!!
Martine et Jacques sont des hôtes très accueillants, prévenants et très attentionnés. Leur maison est très bien située, elle est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Elle reste fraîche même lorsqu'il fait très chaud à l'extérieur notamment grâce au système de climatisation. Les extérieurs sont apaisants, très agréables et confortables. Nous avons bien profité de la terrasse d'été et de la grande piscine. Une semaine de vacances au calme, agrémentée par le chant des cigales. Nous recommandons !!!!

The accommodation is exactly as described and Viviana was very flexible with the arrival time. The accommodation is better than in the photos. It is ideal for a couple with one or two children maximum, and is quite well equipped. However, the accommodation is still quite far from the tourist sites, outside the walls, 30-35 min walk from the Colosseum, 1 hour from the Spanish Steps. Communication went very well and Viviana is very responsive.
Le logement est bien conforme au descriptif et Viviana a été très flexible sur l'heure d'arrivée.
Le logement est mieux que sur les photos. Il est idéal pour un couple avec un ou 2 enfants maximum, et est assez bien équipée.
Cependant le logement reste toute de même assez loin des sites touristiques, hors murs, 30-35 min à pied du Colisée, 1 heure de la place d'Espagne.
La communication s'est très bien passée et Viviana est très réactive.
Mr. Tiago was very helpful and friendly, very punctual. I also met his wife and they are a couple Very friendly and cheerful. The house is exactly as advertised, very simple and very well located, the surrounding area is spectacular, shops and cafes all around, the house is spacious and has a great view of the park, the neighbors are discreet, I recommend it. The price is another factor to take into account, very fair!

A casa corresponde ao indicado, muito simples e muito bem localizado, a zona envolvente é espetacular, comércio e cafés em volta, a casa é espaçosa e com ótima vista parque, os vizinhos são discretos, recomendo. O valor é outro fator a ter em conta, muito justo!

Mr B.'s house conforms to the description. It is spacious, well equipped, has air conditioning (essential in these heatwaves), the cabin and the swing are a plus for the children. Calm neighborhood. Easy to park on the street. Close to expressways to go to the beach or to Spain. Mr and Mrs B. are accommodating for the appointment and friendly when welcoming them into the house. I recommend !
La maison de Mr B. est conforme à la description. Elle est spacieuse, bien équipée, possède la clim (indispensable par ces temps de canicule), la cabane et le portique sont un plus pour les enfants.
Quartier calme. Facilité pour se garer dans la rue. Proche des voies rapides pour aller à la plage ou en Espagne.
Mr et Mme B. sont arrangeants pour le rdv et conviviaux pour l'accueil dans la maison.

Very pleasant apartment with access to the garden, very well equipped. Cycle path and bus very close. The best part: the very warm welcome from the owners who constantly ensure the comfort of their guests. We had an excellent stay in this beautiful region. We hope to come back ????

Jeannine and Antoine are very welcoming, they did not hesitate to help us when we were missing something or when we needed information. We stayed 10 days in this pretty studio, very clean and well equipped. The view from the terrace is magnificent and we are close to any destination in southern Corsica.

Idyllic place to spend a holiday in peace and relaxation. The loft is spacious, bright, comfortable and very clean, located next to a huge swimming pool which is also very well maintained. The owners who live on the same land are friendly and very discreet. We will happily come back.
Endroit idyllique pour passer des vacances dans le calme et la détente. Le loft est spacieux, lumineux, confortable et d’une grande propreté, situé au bord d’une immense piscine très bien entretenue également.
Les propriétaires qui résident sur le même terrain sont sympathiques et très discrets.
Nous reviendrons volontiers.
