Casa con vistas a la playa y montańa
the villa has 3 bedrooms with dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker and all types of kitchen apliances. It has a sitting room, a dining room and one of the terraces faces the swimming pool and has sea views.
Both bedrooms upstairs have balconies, one of them with sea views. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a double bed and the other has two single beds. There is a bathroom upstairs with a bathtub, a shower and a bidet.
The bedroom downstairs has 2 double beds, a wardrobe, a TV and a DVD player. It is very big and spacious.
There is another bathroom downstairs with shower andanother TV in the sitting room. There is internet acess as well.
There are tables and chairs on both terraces. There is air conditioning in the sitting room and main bedroom, and fans in the other bedrooms.
We supply bed linen as well as towels.
The weekly change of towels and bed linen as well as cleaning of the villa is included in the price
There is an iron, ironing board and hairdryer.
The villa is a 10-minute walk from the beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets
During the summer there are lots of different activities such as water sports, medieval market and weekly markets where you can find food, clothes, etc.
Se encuentra ubicado a 400 mts del mar, a 550 mts de Playa del Moro y a 2000 mts del casco urbano, aproximadamente.

Casa con 3 habitaciones, salón comedor, cocina completa, 2 bańos, 2 terrazas con mobiliario.

La habitación principal tiene terraza y cama de matrimonio y aire acondicionado. El segundo dormitorio tiene balcon y terraza con vistas a la piscina y al mar. Desde el salón comedor se accede a una amplia terraza. A traves de la cocina se accede a una terraza que a su vez da a la piscina con vistas al mar. Las habitaciones tienen armarios empotrados.

Por la situación en la que estamos debido al COVID, las sabanas y toallas no están incluidas en la reserva. Si hay opción de alquilarlas.

Alcocebre is located on the orange blossom coast, close to the mountains in the natural park of Irta. A waterpark is about 20 minutes away, and you can do activities such as horseback riding, mini golf, water sport, racing.
La casa esta a 10 minutos las playas, asi como de restaurantes y supermercados. Durante el verano hay muchas actividades tanto para pequeńos como para los mayores, tambien hay un mercado medieval y todos los martes hay un mercado de alimentos,ropa,bisuteria...Alcocebre esta situado en la costa de azahar y muy cerca de la sierra de irta que es un parque natural. Hay un parque acuatico a unos 20 minutos y actividades como montar a caballo, deporte de agua, mini golf, carreras de coches.

A 50 kilometros de Castellon y a 100 de Valencia. La fiesta patronal son en honor de San juan bautista y el sagrado corazon de jesus, durante los ultomos dias de agosto en Alcala y primeros de septiembre en alcossebre.

Its location south of the Serra de Irta, provides a different landscape, which is unspoilt and quiet. Alcossebre is a tourist town near Alcala de Xivert. The distance between the two towns is about 8 kilometers. Alcossebre is an important tourist area on the Costa del Azahar, well connected by road, through the N-340 and A-7 motorway and by rail on the Valencia-Barcelona and only one hour from the airport of Valencia.

Alcalá de Xivert y su zona marítima, Alcossebre, le sorprenderán por su original paisaje lleno de contrastes, donde los llanos y las montańas alternan con las playas y zonas rocosas del litoral. Situado al nordeste de la provincia de Castellón en la comarca del Baix Maestrat, tiene casi 5.000 habitantes que se distribuyen entre el propio núcleo de Alcalá, Capicob, Las Fuentes y Alcossebre. Esta última es la más cercana a las Islas Columbretes y cuenta con diez kilómetros de costa. Su situación, al sur de la Serra de Irta, nos proporciona un paisaje diferente, virgen y tranquilo. Alcossebre es el municipio donde se desarrolla la actividad turística de la localidad de Alcalá de Xivert, siendo la distancia entre los dos municipios de unos 8 kilómetros. Alcossebre es un importante enclave turístico de la Costa del Azahar, bien comunicado por carretera, a través de la N-340 y la autopista A-7, así como por ferrocarril en la línea Valencia-Barcelona y tan solo a una hora del aeropuerto de Valencia.
