Yes . 1 km from Forte Village, Forte Arena and the renowned beaches of Chia, the tourist town of Pula and the famous Roman Ruins of Nora are only 10 km away. Cagliari, Port and Cagliari Elmas Airport 40 km away.
It has 4 beds (a double bedroom and a twin or double bedroom with en-suite bathroom), veranda, garden with barbecue and lunch/dinner area, two parking spaces, motorcycle and bicycle parking spaces and an outdoor shower.

Perla marina is in the renowned resort of Santa Margherita di Pula, South Sardinia, 1 hour from the airport, port and station of Cagliari. Take the state road 195 towards Pula/Chia. After km 40 of state road 195, you will see a sign on the left with the words 'Comunione Perla Marina'. When you reach an electric gate, you will have to contact us and we will open the gate with a remote control which will then be given to you during check-in.

Al km 40 della statale 195 , si vedrà sulla sinistra un cartello con scritto 'Comunione Perla Marina'. Troverete un cancello elettrico e dovrete contattarci perchè faremo aprire il cancello con un telecomando che poi vi verrà consegnato all'arrivo in villa durante il check in.

40 kilometers from the port and airport of Cagliari, take the Strada Statale 195, direction Pula-Santa Margherita, condominium Perla Marina. The villa is located one kilometer after the Forte Village Resort, and Forte Arena. After 40km you will see the sign on the left 'Comunion Perla Marina', turn and you will find an electric gate that we will open with a remote control.
