Charming and very comfortable holiday apartment right opposite the beach. Enjoy beautiful views over the ocean and stunning sunrises. On a clear day you can see the neighbouring island of Gran Canaria.
The ground floor of the flat consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower and a big, open living room with a kitchen and dining area, as well as a balcony with ocean views. The sofa in the living room can convert into another double bed. A flight of stairs leads up to a smaller room on the second floor with a futon bed and access to a terrace that overlooks the Atlantic ocean.
The apartment is fully equipped, as the owner lives there during some parts of the year. A washing machine, oven, microwave, TV, etc are provided. The apartment is situated in a quiet, private residential complex which has a shared swimming pool.
Puertito de Güimar is a small, typically Canarian town and far away from the hustle and bustle of the crowded tourist destinations but with quick access to the motorway. It´s perfectly located halfway between the south and the north, making it the ideal base for discovering the rest of the island. In the local restaurants you can try traditional Canarian dishes, as well as locally caught fish and squid.

You can explore the spectacular landscape of the nature reserve “Malpais de Güimar” with its unique vegetation and its own little volcano, the “Volcan de Socorro”.

Un petit escalier permet d'accéder à la petite chambre du deuxième étage qui compte un canapé/lit japonnais et une terrasse avec vue sur la mer.

L'appartement est entièrement et soigneusement équipé, les propriétaires y résidant une partie de l'année.
Lave linge, four, micro-onde, grand écran plat avec toutes les connectiques Bluetooth wifi et internet pour visionner photos et vidéos directement sans câbles, micro-chaîne stéréo USB et Bluetooth etc.

L'appartement fait partie d'une résidence tranquille comprenant une piscine communautaire.

Entre la plage et la résidence se trouve un terrain de basket.

Le petit port de Güimar est une petite station balnéaire Canarienne loin des grands pôles pour touristes. Idéalement située sur la côte Est à mi chemin entre le nord et le sud, facile d'accès par l'autoroute insulaire, elle sera votre base privilégiée pour faire le tour de l'île.

Le port de Güimar est un des endroits favoris des canariens pour la plaisance. Dans les petits restaurants sont servis des plats simples très renommés de poisson, de poulpes provenant de la pêche locale. La promenade maritime longe la plage de sable noir caractéristique de l'île sur plus d'un kilomètre. Le parc naturel du "Malpais de Güimar" offre des ballades dans un paysage volcanique très particulier dont grande partie de la végétation est endémique. Le parc est couronné par le "Volcan del Socorro" dont le cratère possède 300m de diamètre et une profondeur de 50m.

Easy to find. Puertito de Güimar is perfectly situated about 20 minutes from the capital (Santa Cruz) and only about 25 minutes from both the southern and northern airport. It´s a quiet town, almost untouched by tourism and mainly visited by Canarians. Only 8 minutes from the town of Candelaria , famous for its Basilica, in which you can find the “Virgen Negra” (black virgin), the patron saint of Tenerife.
