The house is on two floors. On the ground floor there are two comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. The two bedrooms, which can be set up with a double bed or two single beds, have a small garden on one side and a large veranda on the other (where there is also a laundry), furnished with a sofa and small armchairs.
On the first floor there's a living room with a kitchenette and a small service-bathroom. The living room opens onto a balcony and a large terrace, with a small sea view, furnished with a table, chairs and a barbecue.
Not far from the house there's a beach which is very close to a beautiful play area, also equipped for sports activities. A bike path runs along the seafront. Two large supermarkets are located a hundred meters from the house and shortly after, you reach the center of the village and the beautiful marina.
Grazioso villino disposto su due livelli. Al piano terra ci sono due luminose e comode camere da letto con climatizzatore e un bagno con doccia. Le camere, allestibili sia con letto matrimoniale che con letti separati, affacciano su un piccolo giardino, attrezzato con pratica doccia solare e su un'ampia veranda arredata con divanetto e poltroncine. Al primo piano troviamo un soggiorno con angolo cottura ben attrezzato e un bagno di servizio. Il soggiorno affaccia su un balcone e su una grande terrazza con piccolo scorcio sul mare, allestita con tavolo, sedie e un comodo BBQ.
La spiaggia, poco distante dalla casa, è adiacente ad un bellissimo parco giochi attrezzato anche per le attività sportive. Una pista ciclabile costeggia il lungomare. A 100 mt dalla casa ci sono due grandi supermercati e poco oltre si raggiunge il centro del paese, con numerosi negozi e ristoranti e il suo caratteristico porto turistico.
