The setting of the property is outstanding - on a hill surrounded by fields and woodland. Close to Sarlat, a ten-minute drive, the location is well away from the road, so there is no traffic noise and so the experience is one of peace and quiet.
We had access to the swimming pool, shared with one other rental property on the site, and there are some lovely walks across the fields and into the woodlands.
Xavier the owner is very friendly and the arrangements for our stay were well cared for. The booking process itself was very smooth.
The furnishings in the property are basic but the layout of the property inside is generous with a large reception room and dining table in the kitchen, plus tables to enjoy eating al fresco on both sides of the property so that one could have both breakfast and our evening meal in the sun!
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Accompanied by a French couple who are used to travelling, we were all very satisfied. The house was as described and the owners were very pleasant and always at our disposal if we needed anything. We had a great stay in this accommodation. Everything was perfect for a great vacation. The apartment is well appointed, very clean, with a very nice terrace. The residence is very quiet, with maritime pine trees and a beautiful swimming pool. Joséphine is very friendly, helpful and responsive. The panoramic view is breathtaking. Accommodation close to the city center of Rosas, beautiful coves, and if you like hiking, leave from Puig Rom where you will find spectacular views of the Gulf of Rosas!! ? ?? ?

Tout était parfait pour passer de belles vacances. L’appartement est bien aménagé, très propre, doté d’une très belle terrasse.
La résidence est très calme, arborée de ses pins maritimes et d’une très belle piscine.

La vue panoramique est à couper le souffle.
Logement à proximité du centre ville de Rosas, de magnifiques criques, et si vous aimez les randonnées, partez depuis Puig Rom vous y trouverez des vues spectaculaires sur le golfe de Rosas!! 🌊 🏔️ 🍇

Super friendly welcome from the owner of the villa, we arrived at 11:30 p.m. and no problem, he was there. The studio is 150 m from the sea with a small beach and very close to the amenities of Porto-Vecchio, its Port and the village. The studio is very clean and the owner always attentive to the slightest problem. Only downside internet! TV!! excellent stay
Accueil super sympathique du propriétaire de la villa, nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 et aucun problème, il était là. Le studio est à 150 m de la mer avec une petite plage et très proche des commodités de Porto-Vecchio de son Port et du village. Le studio très propre et le propriétaire toujours à l’écoute du moindre souci. Seul bémol internet ! TV !! excellent séjour
There were 14 of us who discovered this place and it was a delight for everyone. The outdoor space, the greenery, the flowers, the swimming pool as well as the welcoming house itself, full of rooms and beautiful meeting spaces, we liked everything. We had our meals under the arbor, we swam, rested, a real pleasure!
Nous étions 14 à découvrir ce lieu et cela a été un enchantement pour chacun. L'espace à l'extérieur, la verdure, les fleurs, la piscine aussi bien que la maison elle-même accueillante, pleine de chambres et de beaux espaces de rencontres, tout nous a plu. Nous avons pris nos repas sous la tonnelle, nous sommes baignés, reposés, un vrai bonheur!
Great experience, the apartment looks exactly like in the photos. Equipped with all the comforts you might need for a vacation, coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning,? The complex where it is located is very comfortable, with parking and a supermarket. The beach of Cala Tarida is about ten minutes away along an uphill road. The communication with the owner and the girl who is on site were great, highly recommended. Thanks for the nice holiday

Il complesso in cui si trova e’ molto comodo, dotato di parcheggi e supermercato. La spiaggia di Cala Tarida si trova ad una decina di minuti percorrendo una strada in salita.
La comunicazione con il proprietario e la ragazza che si trova in loco sono sono stati ottimi, molto consigliato. Grazie per la bella vacanza
The apartment is well located, in a quiet area, with amenities nearby. The apartment is spacious, comfortable and with all the necessary kitchen accessories. The only negative point was the discomfort caused by the bed pillows - hard, high and quite uncomfortable to sleep on.
O apartamento é bem localizado, numa zona sossegada, com comodidades nas proximidades. O Apartamento é espaçoso, confortável e com todos os acessórios de cozinha necessários.
O único ponto negativo foi o desconforto provocado pelas almofadas das camas - duras, altas e que se tornavam bastante desconfortáveis para dormir.

Very well located accommodation, close to the train station to get to Barcelona and 3 minutes from the beach. The swimming pool is very well maintained and the residence very pleasant with on-site parking. Ideal accommodation for 5-6 people with quality bedding and air conditioning We had a great stay.

I found the property very tranquil, relaxing and peaceful. It's paradise and would be a great place to reconnect with yourself. The gardens are beautiful , a real labour of love and the dogs made great company and were adorable.
Ezia is a wonderful hostess and is always there for you if you need anything. I would hope to return in the future.

Very relaxing and pleasant place. Pleasant and very spontaneous contact with Laurence, François and their children which contrasts with their discretion. The 12 days spent there were a source of relaxation between swimming pool and pétanque for all 4 of us. Thanks to the owners for the welcome and the good tips for the region.
