Our apartments are located on one of the most beautiful streets in Brussels, just a stone's throw from the European Parliament. The apartments have been completely renovated, furnished, and decorated and are situated in an authentic master house that has retained its typically Brussels old character with front and back gardens.

Very comfortable, the apartment (60 m2) comprises a large separate bedroom with a large double bed and a high-quality folding single bed, a large wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bedside tables. There is a beautiful spacious living room where two additional people can sleep on the comfortable double sofa bed, a dining area with table and chairs, followed by a large well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher...).

Also available in the common areas are a washing machine, dryer, and ironing area (with jetstream). Private terrace/balcony with table and chairs.

Les appartements ont été complètement rénovés, meublés et décorés et se trouvent dans une authentique maison de maître ayant gardé son caractère ancien typiquement bruxellois avec jardin avant et arrière.
Très confortable, l'appartement (60 m2) comprend une grande chambre séparée avec un grand lit-double et un lit pliable simple de très bonne qualité, grande armoire, commode et chevets, un beau salon spacieux où peuvent loger deux personnes supplémentaires sur le confortable canapé-lit double, une salle à manger avec table et chaises, suivie d'une grande cuisine bien équipée (réfrigérateur, congélateur, four, micro-ondes, plaque de cuisson en vitrocéramique, machine à café, toaster, lave-vaisselle, ...).
Sont également mis à disposition dans les parties communes, une machine à laver, séchoir et coin repassage (avec jetstream).

Numerous buses can quickly take you in all directions (7 to 8 minutes from the historical center of Brussels), not to mention the nearby metro stations (Maelbeek or Trône at 900 meters) or the nearby Luxembourg train station (300 meters)
Nos appartements sont situés dans une des plus belles rues de Bruxelles, à deux pas du Parlement Européen et de l'intéressant Musée des Sciences Naturelles ainsi qu'à 400 m de la place très "tendance" du Luxembourg où vous trouverez des bars-restaurants avec terrasses très animés, des boutiques et supermarchés, de nombreux bus qui vous amènent rapidement dans toutes les directions (7 à 8 min du centre historique de Bruxelles) sans oublier les stations de métro (Maelbeek ou Trône à 900 m) ni la toute proche (300 m) gare du Luxembourg par laquelle vous arriverez directement vers Bruges.

We have a parking spot located 180 meters from the house which we rent out with a supplementary fee of 10 € per night if needed.
Dogs and cats are welcome (40 € extra payable in cash upon arrival).
