One-room apartment with a view of the ski domain, cross-country skiing in winter, the leisure activities space during summer. The residence is opposite the children's ski school, 150m from the 1st ski run and 300 m from the main ski runs, near the shopping street.
Sleeps 5: 1 recent sofa bed with 15 cmsvbultex mattress and 3 bunk beds for children (80 x 180 cms), 2 bed barriers.
Residence "Les Aiguilles". Easy parking in front of or behind the building.
Calm environment due to situation at the back of the building. Access to the ground floor but the window and the balcony are on the first floor giving onto the back of the building.
Studio avec vue sur le domaine et les chalets de la station : ski de fond l'hiver, la zone de loisirs l'été, résidence face au jardin d'enfants, à 150 m de la 1ère piste et à 250 m des pistes principales, à proximité des commerces. Tres bien équipé (lave-linge et lave vaisselle) et refait a neuf.
5 couchages : 1 canapé lit automatique récent avec matelas 15 cm bultex et 3 lits superposés pour enfants (80 x 180 cm), 1 barrière de lit, couettes.
Résidence les Aiguilles. Stationnement facile devant ou derrière l'immeuble.
Environnement calme car ne donne pas sur la rue. Accès au rez-de-chaussée mais fenêtre et balcon au premier étage car donnant sur l'arrière de l'immeuble.

Access by motorway to Albertville, exit St Jean de Maurienne. Then col of "The Croix de Fer" (south-facing and well maintained road, chains rarely needed if tyres are in good condition).
