2nd floor: 2 double bedrooms with balcony, a double bedroom with window, bathroom, utility room. The house is provided with 2 entrances: Via Roma and Piazza della Torre.

St. Lucia of Siniscola is about 60KM from Olbia (airport and harbor), it is reachable from Olbia via the highway 131, freeway, convenient and sliding, the journey time is about 50 minutes. From Olbia follow the signs towards Nuoro, then Siniscola, exit at Posada, follow signs La Caletta, S. Lucia. From the port and from the airport depart comfortably coaches that arrive directly to St. Lucia.

Lucia di Siniscola dista circa 50 KM da Olbia (aeroporto e porto), è raggiungibile da Olbia attraverso la strada statale 131, superstrada comoda e scorrevole, il tempo di percorrenza è di circa 50 minuti.
