The owner is demanding about respecting the premises and about cleanliness during the departure cleaning. This is a very good thing, it allows you to find accommodation in very good condition and very clean on arrival. Appreciable.
This apartment is close to both the city center and the Lys cable car.
The underground parking with private space is a real plus in high season.
In short, I highly recommend it.

The accommodation is not very large, but very well appointed and equipped.
We will come back without hesitation.

It is located in the city center of CAUTERETS, near the cable cars, hiking departures, sports grounds (fronton - city stadium - swimming pool - ice rink and thermal baths) and shops.
With my two teenagers, we had a great week.

As a reminder, as we already told you during our exchanges ...
there was probably a concern with the person in charge of the inventory (which is commissioned by the agency) and indeed the head of the agency recognizes it, the verification certainly did not have to be done, this fact the deposit will not have to be returned to you, at least under these conditions!
For what you call yourself "maniaquerie" as I already told you, we can understand that everyone is not the same appreciation of what is called cleanliness, personally for us this simply comes out of "the wrong time andthe non respect of others "one thing is certain, it would not have been possible to propose to new tenants the apartment in the conditions as you left it!
For the rest, we will spend "on this page " comment on what we have seen personally, and we had to clean (for 2 hours)
NB: however, we want to clarify that we are not used to advance facts that are not, we have also kept a small photo report facts ...

En réponse a votre commentaire, nous tenons a vous rappeler les faits suivants ...
Tout d'abord en tant que propriétaire nous avons le devoir de respecter nos engagement tels qui sont écrits, à savoir (en partie) de fournir a chaque nouveau locataire l'appartement dans l’état de propreté qu'il se doit, pour cela nous sommes dans l'obligation de veiller a ce que les engagements de chacun (tels qui sont précise dans le contrat de location) soit bien respecter tel qui se doit
Pour rappel, comme nous vous l'avons déjà précise lors de nos échanges ...
il y a vraisemblablement eu un souci avec la personne en charge de l’état des lieux (qui est missionnée par l'agence) et effectivement la responsable de l'agence le reconnait, la vérification n'a certainement pas du être faite, de ce fait la caution n'aurai pas du vous être restituée, tout au moins dans ces conditions là !
Pour ce que vous appeler vous "la maniaquerie" comme je vous l'ai déjà dit, on peut comprendre effectivement que tout le monde n'est pas la même appréciation de ce que l'on appelle la propreté, personnellement pour nous cela ressort tout simplement de "la mauvaise fois et du non respect des autres" une chose est bien certaine, il n'aurait pas était possible de proposer à de nouveaux locataires l'appartement dans les conditions tel que vous l'avez laissé !
Pour la suite, nous nous passerons "sur cette page" de commenter ce que nous avons pu constater personnellement, et que nous avons du nettoyer (pendant 2 bonnes heures)
NB: toutefois nous tenons à vous préciser que nous n'avons pas pour habitude d'avancé des faits qui ne sont pas, nous avons d'ailleurs gardé un petit reportage photos des faits ...

Rental and picture conforms to the announcement, nothing is missing is like home !! And just nearby, ski rental, bakery, grocery, cable car .... I recommend this property.

Well located in Cauterets.
Private garage (precious during school holidays) and individual ski locker.
Close to shops and the gondola.
To compensate for the lack of washing machine, there is a laundromat a few dozen meters from the building.
Proper monitoring of the booking by the owners (contact, exchange of documents ...): this is appreciable.
The private parking in the basement, but is significant and practical to avoid if you have a "big sedan "
The apartment is very well located, which is definitely a plus as its proximity to the gondola by its location within the village.
We were a couple with two teenagers and everyone could live at their own pace.
We recommend this property.
The parking is a real plus (the car does not move of the week)
The accommodation is very comfortable with all the necessary comfort

Recommend, ideal for a couple with one or two children ...
