In Marina di Campo, called the most beautiful town on the island, you will find this apartment, located on the first floor of a renovated historic house (2019), in the old town, but in absolute tranquility and also a few steps from the sea. The location offers a living area of ​​130 square meters for up to 8 people.

The house is very welcoming, elegant and bright. It has a large living room with TV, a furnished kitchen (washing machine, fridge, dishwasher, etc.) and two modern bathrooms with a large shower cubicle. There are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with 2 single beds and the third with a queen-size bed and an extra single bed, 1 sofa bed in the lounge.

The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning / ceiling fans, heating and fireplace and Wi-Fi.

A Marina di Campo, detta la località più bella di tutta l'isola, trovasi questo appartamento, situato al primo piano di una casa storica ristrutturata (2019), in pieno centro storico, ma in assoluta tranquillità e inoltre a pochi passi dal mare. La locazione offre una superficie abitabile di 130 mq per un massimo di 6 persone.

La casa è molto accogliente, elegante e luminosa: è dotata di un ampio salone con TV, cucina arredata e attrezzata (frigo, lavastoviglie ecc.) e due bagni moderni dotati di ampi box doccia, lavatrice e asciugatrice. Ci sono tre camere da letto di cui una con letto matrimoniale, una con 2 letti singoli e la terza con letto ad una piazza e mezzo e un letto singolo supplementare, 1 divano letto nel salone.

L'alloggio è dotato di aria condizionata/ventilatori a soffitto, riscaldamento e camino e Wi-Fi.
